Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulse electrotherapy and acupuncture acupuncture alone in the treatment of choroidal stasis type common peroneal nerve palsy.and to seek a better plan for the treatment of choroid stasis type common peroneal nerve palsy, and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of choroidal stasis type common peroneal nerve palsy. Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with common peroneal nerve palsy in the Department of Acupuncture and Orthopedics at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected.Using random experimental design method, divided into 2 groups.Under the premise of basic treatment, the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulsed electrotherapy, and the control group was treated with acupuncture alone, once a day,6consecutive days of treatment per week,1 day off,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of4 courses of treatment.Observe and record the motor and sensory function level, active ankle dorsiflexion angle, common peroneal nerve palsy function score, and nerve conduction velocity results of the two groups of patients 1 day before the start of the course and 1 day after the end of the fourth course.Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used for data analysis, and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results:1.Motor and sensory function levels: After treatment, the motor and sensory function levels of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Active ankle flexion angle of the ankle joint: After treatment, the active ankle flexion angle of the two groups was improved compared with that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Evaluation of the efficacy of the common peroneal nerve palsy function: after treatment, the evaluation of the efficacy of the common peroneal nerve palsy function in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);In terms of functional efficacy evaluation, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Nerve conduction velocity: After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity of both groups was increased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the observation group was superior to the control group in improving nerve conduction velocity, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the observation group was85.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.4%.The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulsed electrotherapy and simpleacupuncture therapy can effectively improve the motor and sensory function level, active ankle dorsiflexion angle, common peroneal nerve palsy function score, nerve conduction velocity, but acupuncture combined with low frequency Pulse electrotherapy is better than acupuncture alone.2.Acupuncture combined with low-frequency pulsed electrotherapy can be used as a routine treatment for choroidal stasis type common peroneal nerve palsy.
