Clinical Evaluation Of Huatantongmai Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure With Phlegm-fluid Retention

Objective:The subject aims to observe the clinical effect and safety of Huatantongmai Decoction on patients with phlegm-fluid retention type of Chronic Heart Failure,and to accumulate data for the treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:According to the principle of random control,86 patients of chronic heart failure with phlegm-fluid retention who met inclusion criteria from January 2019 to January 2020,were divided into observation group and control group.During the course of clinical observation,5cases of abscission and 81 patients completed the treatment,including 41 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The Control Group was treated with conventional Western medicine:Ramipril tablets,metoprolol prolonged-release tablets,spironolactone tablets.The observation group was treated with Huatan Tongmai decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.The changes of cardiac function,BNP,6MWT,heart failure score,TCM Syndrome score and Minnesota quality of life score were observed before and after treatment.The result will use SPSS 20.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,cardiac function,BNP,6MWT,heart failure score,TCM Syndrome score and Minnesota quality of life score between the two groups before treatment.(P>0.05)2.The curative effect of Heart Failure,TCM syndrome,cardiac function and quality of life were significantly improved in both groups,and the effect of Observation Group was better than that of Control Group.(P<0.05)3.The 6MWT and BNP were significantly improved in both groups,and the effect of Observation Group was better than that of Control Group.(P<0.05)4.Two groups of patients were successfully completed the test,without significant or serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Huatantongmai decoction can improve the heart failure effect,TCM Syndrome,clinical symptoms,cardiac function and quality of life in patients with phlegm-fluid retention type of Chronic Heart Failure.2.Huatantongmai Decoction can increase the 6MWT and decrease BNP in patients with phlegm-fluid retention type of Chronic Heart Failure.3.Efficacy observation of Huatantongmai Decoction process no obvious adverse reactions,so its good security.
