Onyang Polyester Drink Experimental Pulmonary Heart Disease And Right Heart Failure, Hemodynamic And Hormonal Changes

Objects: To explore whether the etiology and pathology of phlegm-retention caused by Spleen-yang deficiency and the resultant of phlegm-retention attacking the heart and the lung was related to that of blood rheology ,retention of water and sodium of the chronic cor pulmonale accompanied by right heart failure.To find out when to use the method of warming yang to resolve phlegm-retention was the best time which was able to prevent from occuring the chronic cor pulmonale accompanied by right heart failure.promoting the effect of Chinese drugs in treating this disease.Methods:60 rabbits were divided into different models:I, normal group;2, model group;3,WENYANGDIYIN formula prevention group of hight dosage;4,WENYANGDmN formula prevention group of low dosage;5,WENYANGDIYIN foumula treatment group;6,western drug treatment group.Expect the normal group , other 50 rabbits were injected using Fec^ water solution from its vein of ears for 21 days.Tube feeding LINGUISHUGAN and TINGLIDAZAO of eliminate Evils from Lung decoction of Chinese herb and Cilazapril of western drug once daily respectly , after 21 days ,blood of rabbits were tested the level of hemodynamics,PRA,AngI I, ALD,ANP.ResuIts:The level of hemodynamics,PRA,AngII,ALD,ANP were significantly increasing in model group.Compare with the model group:after prenventing and treating by WENYANGDIYINformula,the level of hemodynamics,PRA,ALD,ANP were declined (p<0.05 or p<0.01),but Angll wasn't changed(p>0.05).Compare with western drug group .Chinese drug group reduce the index of PRA superior to western drug group significantly(p<0.01),but western drug group reduce the level of hemodynamics superior to WENYANGDIYIN formula treatment group (p<0.05or p<0.01). WENYANGDIYIN formula prevention group Compare with WENYANGDIYIN formula treatment grouprprevention group reduced the level of hemodynamics superior to treatment group(p<0.05 or p<0.01).Conclusions: WENYANGDIYIN formula can produce index of hemodynamics,PRA,ArigII,ALD,ANP,which indicated the etiology and pathology of water retention caused by Spleen -yang deficiency and the resultant water retention attacking the heart and the lung was related to that of blood Theology ,retention of water and sodium of the chronic cor pulmonaie accompanied by right heart failure. The effect of WENYANGDIYIN formula prevention group was superior to WENYANGDIYIN treatment group,so indicated preventing by Chinese drugs to prevent was better than treating.
