The Research On Problem And Countermeasure Of Hierarchical Diagnosis Model In Hunan Province

As the medical and health system reform continued to deepen,China's medical and health service system is increasingly perfect.But now there is still a series of problem like shortage of basic medical resources,uneven distribution,low efficiency and poor service quality.learning first option at the grass-roots level and two-way referral patterns was put forward in recent years,which is of great significance to our country.Taking the hierarchical diagnosis model of Hunan province as the research object,main achievements includes the following aspects:(1)Theory study on the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research results and practical experience on hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,basic theory of hierarchical diagnosis model was the formated;(2)The descriptive analysis of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment pattern of Hunan province.Summing up the resources configuration,use efficiency of the medical service system and guide policy to promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatmentpattern in Hunan province.Besides,patients in community were investigated on first option and two-way referral willingnes;(3)The analysis of the influence factors and key issues of restricting the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in Hunan province to promote,and carry on the reason analysis;(4)In view of the influence factors and key problems,the pattern of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of Hunan province and the countermeasure to promote grading medical advance were put forward.
