| Objective To explore the law of TCM syndrome differentiation and prescription application after breast cancer surgery,It provides a reference for the choice of prescription for postoperative patients with breast cancer,The new prescription for breast cancer was obtained by statistical analysis,Provide direction for its creation.Methods To search the related literatures of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer after operation in recent 15 years.The database is built systematically and the entropy clustering gap is analyzed by frequency,The application of TCM syndromes and formulas after breast cancer surgery was summarized and analyzed.Result A total of 549 literatures were included,(1)including 159 literatures at the initial stage after breast cancer surgery.According to the statistical analysis,the syndrome type was mainly qi deficiency and blood stasis(20.59%),followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis(8.82%)and qi stagnation and blood stasis(8.82%).There were 143 clinical symptoms,among which 14 were more than 10,with a cumulative frequency of 40.56%.Involving 219 traditional Chinese medicines,the proportion of top 20 drugs in all drugs was 49.82%.The taste of the property to the warm and cold taste mainly bitter.Drugs go to the liver and spleen for more.Based on the analysis of association rules,37 pairs of common drugs were obtained,The most frequently used is pachyrhizus atractylodes,followed by astragalus atractylodes.Based on entropy clustering formula formula analysis,Seven new prescriptions were obtained for the treatment of breast cancer in the early postoperative period.(2)After statistical analysis of 254 literatures during the postoperative chemotherapy period of breast cancer,it was concluded that the syndrome differentiation type was mainly spleen and kidney deficiency(14.23%),qiand blood deficiency(13.52%),followed by spleen and stomach deficiency(11.74%),liver depression and spleen deficiency(8.54%).There were 140 symptoms,among which 23 were more than 10,with a cumulative frequency of 56.27%.245 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and the proportion of the top 20 drugs in all drugs was 47.50%.The flavor of medicine is mainly mild and cold,Splenic classics medicine is most.Based on the analysis of association rules,it was found that the most frequently used drug pair was pachyrhizus atractylodes,followed by astragalus atractylodes.Based on the analysis of entropy clustering formula,10 new prescriptions were obtained.(3)According to the statistical analysis of 57 literatures of postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer,the syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency(35.09%)was the most common,followed by Yin deficiency and toxin sheng syndrome(8.77%)of lung and stomach Yin deficiency(7.02%)of spleen and kidney deficiency(5.26%)of liver depression and spleen deficiency(5.26%).There were 89 symptoms,among which 17 were more than 5,with a cumulative frequency of 52.39%.159 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and the proportion of top 20 drugs in all drugs was 41.39%.The flavor of medicine is mainly cold,mild and sweet,Drug reorientation is more common in lung and liver channels.Based on the analysis of association rules,it was concluded that the most frequently used drug pair was radix ophiopogonis,followed by rhizoma atractylodes.Based on the analysis of entropy clustering formula,six new prescriptions were obtained.(4)According to the statistical analysis of 79 literatures of postoperative consolidation stage of breast cancer,TCM syndromes were mainly liver depression and spleen deficiency(11.58%),followed by deficiency of qi and blood(9.47%),deficiency of spleen and kidney(8.42%)and deficiency of liver and kidney(7.37%).There were 97 symptoms,among which 14 were more than 5,with a cumulative frequency of36.32%.A total of 188 traditional Chinese medicines were counted,and the proportion of the top 20 drugs was 43.79%.The flavor of the medicine is mainly mild and mild,sweet and bitter,The liver meridian was the most common route for drug entry.Based on the analysis ofassociation rules,it was concluded that the most frequently used drug pairs were atractylodes atractylodes and poria cocos,followed by astragalus and atractylodes atractylodes.Based on the analysis of entropy clustering formula,four new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The primary etiology and pathogenesis of postoperative breast cancer are normal,vacuity and pathogenic factors.The disease is closely related to liver,spleen,kidney,three zang organs and two pulse of chongren.On the whole,the treatment is based on the principle of supporting the healthy and dispelling evil.(1)The primary stage of postoperative breast cancer was based on deficiency of qi and blood,Treatment should be on the basis of filling deficiency,line qi huoxue,remove blood stasis and analgesic.The high frequency medicine has atractylodes angelica radix astragali poria cocos bupleuri radix paeoniae rhizome chuanxiong taoren codonopsis codonopsis.(2)Postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer is mainly due to the dysfunction of liver,spleen,kidney,three zang organs and stomach.High frequency drugs have atractylodes poria cocos astragalus licorice root angelica root radix codonopsis codonopsis radix pinellia and cooked rehmannia root.(3)The main syndrome differentiation in postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer is qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.The high frequency medicine has the astragalus poria cocos atractylodes radix paeoniae alba angelica root radix ophiopogonis root radix radix radix ginseng raw ground and so on.(4)Postoperative consolidation of breast cancer is more common in patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency.At the same time,attention should be paid to soothing the liver and regulating qi,harmonizing the liver and spleen.The high frequency medicine has
