Objective : In this paper,by comparing the effects of hs-CRP,PLR,and PDW single or in combination on carotid intima-media lesions in patients with type 2 diabetes, can screen carotid intima-media lesions more effectively. Methods: From January 2017 to January 2019,select 236 cases of T2 DM patients in the Department of Cardiology,Endocrinology and Gerontology of the affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University.(1)According to the results of CIMT,we divide cases into three groups: T2 DM group(group A),carotid intima thickening group(group B)and carotid plaque formation group(group C),comparing the indexes of PLR,PDW,hs-CRP and general data of the three groups.(2)Correlation Analysis of CIMT with PLR,PDW and hs-CRP.(3)Draw and compare ROC curve for single or combined indexes of PLR,PDW and hs-CRP.Results:(1)The differences of PLR,PDW,hs-CRP,TG,Hb A1 C and age were statistically significant among the three groups of CIMT;The differences in PLR,PDW,hs-CRP between Group B and Group C were significant(P < 0.05);(2)CIMT was positively correlated with PLR,PDW,hs-CRP(P < 0.01);(3)Using CIMT ? 1mm as the standard, the AUC of PLR,PDW and hs-CRP are 0.614,0.631 and 0.739 respectively; And then use the CIMT for forming plaque as the standard, the AUC of PLR,PDW and hs-CRP were 0.590,0.595 and 0.610,respectively;PLR+ PDW,PLR + hs-CRP,PDW + hs-CRP,PLR + PDW + hs-CRP draw the ROC curve, the AUC are respective 0.682?0.749?0.770?0.801,the differences are statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusions:(1)The levels of PLR,PDW,and hs-CRP were significantly increased in the carotid intima-media thickening, plaque formation and sclerosing group.(2)PLR,PDW,and hs-CRP with carotid intima-media thickness were positively correlated.(3)The combined detection of PLR,PDW,and hs-CRP has value for the early diagnosis of carotid intimal thickening in patients with type 2 diabetes.
