| Objective: Electronic medical record is an important part of hospital information construction.Based on the typical construction of electronic medical record,this study investigates the current situation of the application of electronic medical record in the third level public hospitals in Chongqing,understands the current situation of the development of electronic medical record in the third level public hospitals in Chongqing,finds out the problems that affect the application of electronic medical record,analyzes the influencing factors,and scientifically and reasonably develops the electronic medical record of the hospitals at all levels in Chongqing and optimizes the city’s health information Information resource allocation,provide decision-making and reference,and promote the informatization construction of the whole Chongqing hospital.Methods: Literature research,questionnaire survey and expert consultation were used to search and consult the relevant literature of the construction and utilization of electronic medical records at home and abroad.Combined with the actual situation of the third level publichospitals in Chongqing,questionnaires were designed to be distributed to the hospitals for investigation.The questionnaires were collected and experts in different fields such as health management,health economics and information management were consulted Ask,use statistical methods to analyze and interpret relevant data.Results: 1.The basic framework of EMR in Chongqing three-level public hospitals has been constructed;2.The application of EMR related laws and regulations is not perfect;3.Insufficient capital investment;4.Insufficient human resource allocation;5.Low level of EMR information sharing.The reasons are as follows: 1.Low attention,lagging legislation;2.High investment risk,no reward and punishment mechanism;3.Lack of talent training,serious loss;4.Different standards of informatization.Conclusion: In view of the problems existing in the application of EMR in Chongqing three-level public hospitals,the following suggestions are proposed: 1.Increase the scope and strength of legislation;2.Establish incentive mechanism;3.Strengthen personnel training;4.Build a standardized system. |
