| Objective:To explore whether the difference of D-Dimer expression in different stages of colorectal cancer patients is related to the malignant degree,response rate,recurrence rate and remission rate of colorectal cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of 167 cases of colorectal cancer hospitalized in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2014 to March 2019.54 patients without malignant tumors in the same period were selected as control group.Serum D-dimer and CEA levels were detected by immunoturbidimetry and electrochemiluminescence,respectively.Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze the relationship between D-dimer and clinicopathological characteristics of patients,and Spearman correlation coefficient of D-dimer and CEA expression level was analyzed.Results:The level of D-dimer in the case group 323.00(150.0,631.0)was higher than that in the control group 142.0(89.3,232.0),the difference was statistically significant(Z=-4.374,P<0.05).The level of D-Dimer in advanced colorectal cancer 401.0(167.5,735.5)was higher than that in the early stage 169.5(25.0,325.3)(Z=-4.569,P<0.05);the level of D-Dimer was higher in the deterioration stage 382.0(175.0,735.3)after treatment than that in the improvement stage 250.0(163.0,391.0)after treatment(Z=-2.731,P<0.05).The expression of D-dimer is related to the clinicopathological stage and therapeutic effect of colorectal cancer.There was no significant difference in the level of D-dimer between patients with colorectal cancer of different genders(Z=-1.796,P>0.05).D-dimer level in patients with colorectal cancer before operation 220.0(118.0,446.5)was lower than that after operation 320.0(184.5,489.0)(Z=-2.182,P<0.05).At the early stage of diagnosis,CEA and D-dimer levels were positively correlated,and the Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.509.Conclusion:Elevated plasma D-dimer level may indicate advanced disease and poor prognosis.The plasma D-dimer level can be used as a predictor of therapeutic effect in patients with colorectal cancer. |
