| Objective:Colorectal cancer is a worldwide high incidence of cancer.Finding effective predictive indicators related to the development and prognosis of CRC will help to analyze the etiology of CRC,guide clinical treatment and evaluate the prognosis of patients.CRC is the same as other malignant tumors, with a hypercoagulable state at present, suggesting that high blood coagulation state two important indicators for blood fibrinogen and D-D in two,but it has seldom been associated with colorectal cancer research, the relationship between the occurrence and development of CRC,and its level of clinical biological behaviors and prognosis of patients it is not clear. In this study, the purpose of this study was to explore the role of plasma Fg and D-D in the development and prognosis of CRC before operation. Methods:A total of 330 patients with colorectal cancer(CRC)who had been surgically resected were enrolled in this study. The levels of plasma fibrinogen and D-D were detected before operation. The clinical value of preoperative level was compared with that of CRC in biological behavior and prognosis.Result:In colorectal cancer patients, the positive rate of plasma Fg and D-D was higher than that of CA125,CA153 and AFP(P<0.05)before operation, although the positive rate was higher than that of CA199 and CA724,but there was no statistical significance.Preoperative serum fibrinogen and D-D were related to the age, location of tumor, differentiation and size of tumor(P<0.05).Fibrinogen was significantly higher in patients with distant metastasis than those without distant metastasis(P<0.01).The level of D-D was also related to the patient’s sex(P=0.017)and drinking history(P=0.036)before operation.Log-rank test describes the survival of CRC patients in different groups. It is found that age,TNM stage, extranodal tumor implantation, peripheral nerve invasion, vascular tumor thrombus, growth mode, differentiation degree and tumor size all influence the prognosis of CRC(P<0.01).Survival analysis showed that in patients with colon cancer, the prognosis of patients with elevated serum D-D levels before operation was poor(HR=1.87,95%CI:1.2-2.92,P<0.01 after correction).Conclusion:1.The positive rate of plasma Fg and D-D was higher than that of CA125,CA153 and AFP.The test was simple and sensitive, which could be used as a clinical indicator of CRC.2.Preoperative Fg and D-D levels were related to the biological behavior of CRC.3.Preoperative Fg and D-D levels were associated with the prognosis of CRC.It may be used as a predictor for assessing the progress and prognosis of CRC. |
