| Objective:So as to build an evaluation index system of adult scientific fitness literacy in the integration of sports and medicine,this study discusses scientific fitness from the health perspective to provide references for improving adult scientific fitness literacy comprehensively.Method:In this study,literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the evaluation index system of scientific fitness in the context of the integration of sports and medicine.So that the evaluation indexes tend to be quantitative and scientific.Result:(1)Through literature analysis,semi-structured interviews and two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation index system of the scientific fitness in the context of the integration of sports and medicine was established,including 4 first-level indicators: scientific fitness knowledge,scientific fitness attitude,scientific fitness behavior and scientific fitness skills.In the two rounds of expert consultation,the expert consultation was 85.0% and 94.1% respectively.The expert authority coefficient Cr was 0.865 and 0853 respectively,the first level index CR was 0.070-0.248,and the Kendall coordination coefficient W is 0.372 and 0.339,respectively(P<0.01).In conclusion,it has 4 first level index,13 secondary indicators and 60 tertiary indicators.(2)The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)shows that CR of all levels is less than 0.1,indicating that the index system has a high degree of consistency.In the first level index,the structural index of scientific fitness behavior is 0.4094,followed by Scientific Fitness Attitude(0.2859),scientific fitness knowledge(0.2047)and scientific fitness skills(0.0965).Among the second level indicators,the top 3 indicators of combination weight were: pre-fitness behavior(0.2020),post-fitness behavior(0.1272),basic cognition(0.1158)and behavioral tendency(0.1158).Among the three level indicators,the index of the top 3 of the combined weights was the warm-up exercise(0.0849),relaxation and stretching exercise(0.0848),and evaluation before exercise(0.0542).Conclusion:This study constructed the evaluation index system of scientific fitness in the context of the integration of sports and medicine with qualitative and quantitative methods,which provided reference for popularization of scientific fitness and formulation of scientific exercise literacy evaluation tools in the future.There are 4 first-grade indicators,13 two-grade indicators and 60 three-grade indicators.This study integrates the concept of physical and medical into the scientific fitness literacy evaluation index system.It embodies the principles of safe,effective and sustainable scientific fitness and provides a theory for improving the scientific fitness literacy. |
