| Objective: To study the optimal preparation dose of different m L/kg individualized polyethylene glycol in Qinghai province.Methods: 354 patients underwent colonoscopy and were divided into three groups according to the individual dose: group A :40m L/kg,group B :50m L/kg,and group C: 60 m L/kg,with 118 patients in each group.BBPS scale was used to evaluate the total colon cleanliness score and the cleanliness pass rate(total score ≥ 6 and each segment score ≥ 2)to evaluate the intestinal cleaning effect,and the best PEG intestinal preparation dose in Qinghai was found in combination with the incidence of common adverse reactions,the incidence of serious adverse events and the willingness of patients to perform intestinal preparation with this method again.Results: 1.Comparison of total colon cleanliness scores between groups A,B and C showed that group C had the highest score(7.29±0.98),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The pass rate of cleanliness among groups A,B and C was the highest in group C(100.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The willingness of patients in groups A,B and C to use this method again for intestinal preparation was higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(p>,0.05).The incidence of common adverse reactions was only statistically significant between groups A,B and C(p>,0.05).However,further pairings showed that the difference was caused by the difference between group A and group B,and between group A and group C,while there was no difference between group B and group C.No serious adverse events occurred in group A,B or C.2.Taking the intestinal cleanliness(1= qualified,0= unqualified)as the dependent variable,and age and BMI as the independent variables,the multivariate logistic regression model was fitted,and the results showed that both age and BMI had an impact on the intestinal cleanliness.Among them,The colon cleaning effect of polyethylene glycol was positively correlated with age(OR: 1.052,95%CI: 1.026-1.080),and negatively correlated with BMI(OR:0.911,95%CI: 0.852-0.974).Conclusions: 1.Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution(II)60m L/kg total colon intestinal cleanliness score and pass rate are the highest,and no serious adverse events occur in the process of medication,the incidence of adverse reactions and the willingness to perform intestinal preparation by this method again are not different from those in the low-dose group,so it is the preferred dose for PEG individualized intestinal cleaning in Qinghai region.The total colon cleaning effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution(II)was positively correlated with age and negatively correlated with BMI. |
