Chronic Renal Disease(CRD)has become one of the kidney diseases with the highest morbidity and mortality.Most patients are often unaware of their condition.If chronic kidney disease is not effectively treated in time,it will cause the condition to deteriorate.With the development of the disease,patients with CRD will develop chronic renal insufficiency,renal failure,and other symptoms,eventually form diseases such as uremia.In the clinical diagnosis of this disease,the best diagnostic criterion is the pathological examination of living tissue.In medicine,the most common method of kidney lesion examination is an ultrasound-guided renal biopsy,but there are still some problems in the operation.In the process of surgery,the surgeon can only perform the operation through two-dimensional ultrasound images.Unable to determine the spatial position relationship between the lesion site and the medical puncture needle in real-time will cause patients to need to be punctured repeatedly to obtain the living tissue of the lesion site.The average number of punctures per patient will reach 3-4,which increases the post-puncture the incidence of complications.Virtual surgery training can solve the problems encountered in traditional kidney biopsy surgery training,efficiently and cost-effectively train medical students' kidney biopsy surgery,improve the puncture hit rate,reduce the cost of training,reduce the damage to the kidney and consumption of medical resources.This thesis starts with ultrasound-guided renal biopsy surgery training and aims to solve practical problems such as difficulty in surgery training and low efficiency.This thesis starts with ultrasound-guided renal biopsy surgery training and aims to solve practical problems such as difficulty in surgery training and low efficiency.Focusing on the two aspects of surgical path planning and surgical training assistance based on A * algorithm,combined with the analysis of objective data and the generation of a learning curve,in-depth research on renal reality puncture surgery training based on mixed reality was conducted.While solving the above problems,this article also designs and develops a set of ultrasound-guided kidney biopsy surgery training system,integrates the above research results into the training system,and further strengthens the efficiency and validity of the training system.At the same time,medical students and experts from the hospital were invited to operate and collect data.The work of this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Combining virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology with surgical training,a puncture path planning module was developed for the first-time using A* algorithm,and a set of dual-platform ultrasound-guided renal biopsy surgical training based on virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology system.(2)Through the system,the user's operation data is recorded in real-time,the surgical skills are quantified,and the surgical skills are objectively evaluated.Make surgical skills assessment more objective and truer.The principal component analysis was used to analyze each surgical skill index,and the weight of each surgical skill was determined to draw the learning curve of the trainees participating in the experiment.Through the analysis of the training data in the later period,it was found that after the dual-platform training,the trainer's surgery level has been improved to a certain extent,especially in the two aspects of puncture hit rate and surgical operation time.After operating the data,the study determined that the augmented reality platform is more suitable for surgical training.
