Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Implementation Of Medical Reform Policy In Xinyi

At present,all the country's reforms are progressing steadily,and some of them have already entered a deep-water period and a period of concentrated contradictions,especially in the work of medical reform.Due to its strong systematicness and integrity,the relevant reform interests and various kinds of contradictions are constantly superimposed,the difficulty of reform and the task of reform are increasingly formidable.In particular,the comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals,as a basic component of the national medical reform,is also faced with many contradictions and problems,such as the shortage of medical resources,low quality,single structure,uneven distribution and weak radiation capacity,it directly affects the vital interests of the people and has a bearing on the full completion of the Xiaokang.In order to achieve the set goals of national medical reform,we must attach great importance to the work of grass-roots medical reform,especially the comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals,and we must do a good job in quality promotion,system construction and system-coordinated service,we should not only guarantee the medical needs of the basic masses,but also connect the upper and lower medical services and provide a solid foundation for the reform of economic and social development.In this paper,field research,literature research,comparative analysis and other methods are used to focus on the grass-roots level,taking the system,supervision,compensation and other problems existing in the implementation of Xinyi's Medical Reform Policy as the main research object,taking the comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals in Xinyi as the main research goal,through the analysis from the system mechanism,the Policy Funds Implementation,the Management Operation Pattern and so on,in order to explore the achievements and problems in the implementation of Xinyi's overall health care reform policy,and make an objective analysis,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to provide useful experience for other regions of the country.There are 4 tables and 51 references in this paper.
