Object Analysis the similarities and differences between gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria-induced myocardial injury in sepsis rats. Methods 75 male SD rats, were randomly divided into Gram-positive bacterial sepsis group,Gram-negative bacterial sepsis group and saline group.Inactivated Staphylococcus aureus(7.35×1012 CFU/Kg,3ml),inactivated Escherichia coli(1.26×1012 CFU/Kg,3ml)and saline solution?3ml?were used to establish the models by intraperitoneal injection.Blood was collected at 6,12 and 24 hours after successful modeling from tail vein of rats.Plasma cardiac enzymes cTnT?CK-MB?BNP?TNF-??IL-6 were measured by automatic chemilumi escence immunoassay.myocardial.cardiac muscle cell HE staining at each phase time node.Result Compared with saline group, the value of plasma myocardial enzymes in Gram-positive bacterial sepsis group and Gram-negative bacterial sepsis group increased with time prolong, reaching to peak at 24 hours?P<0.05?.Compared with Gram-negative bacterial sepsis group, the value of myocardial enzyme in Gram-positive bacterial sepsis group increased significantly, and also the difference between the two groups increased gradually with time prolong, reaching to peak at 24 hours?P<0.05?.Myocardial histopathological HE staining:the delayed myocardial pathological damage was progressive in the gram-positive bacterial sepsis group and the gram-negative bacterial sepsis group. The myocardial pathological damage in the gram-negative bacterial sepsis group was lighter than that in the gram-positive sepsis group at the corresponding time node, and the myocardial pathological damage in the saline group was the least, and there was no significant change in myocardial injury over time. Conclusion The rat model of sepsis can be reproduced by intraperitoneal injection of heat inactivated bacteria.Cardiac injury can occur in early stage of sepsis rats, showing increased expression of cTnT?CK-MB?BNP?TNF-??IL-6 level.Myocardial injury increased with the prolongation of sepsis.Compared with the myocardial injury caused by Gram-negative bacteria in septic rats, the degree of myocardial injury caused by Gram-positive bacteria in septic rats is more serious.
