A Comparative Analysis On Balloon Expansion Alone And Balloon Expansion Combined With Needle-shaped Electrotome For The Curative Effect Of Treating Benign Big Tracheal Stenosis

Objective: A comparative analysis on balloon expansion alone and balloon expansion combined with Needle-shaped electrotome of the curative effect of treatment,complications and short-term(6 months)postoperative follow-up effect for benign big tracheal stenosis.Discusses balloon expansion combined with needle-shaped electrotome of the clinical application value for benign big tracheal stenosis.Methods:the retrospectively analyzed on Clinical data of 131 patients with benign big tracheal stenosis who underwent interventional surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2019.The patients in the control group were all treated with bronchoscopic balloon expansion alone.In the observation group,68 patients were treated with balloon expansion combined with needle-shaped electrotome.The compared on the two groups before and after interventional surgery on the internal diameter of the stenosis segment,the aeration index,the lung function index,the complications and the short-term therapeutic effect of the follow-up for 6 months.Results:After interventional treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in tracheal stenosis segment diameter,aeration index,FEV1,FVC and other aspects(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications after interventional therapy between the two groups(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of the 2 groups was 100.0% for 6months after the operation,and the Complete efficiency of the observation group was24.6% for 6 months later,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(9.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:They are safe and effective in the treatment of balloon expansion alone and balloon expansion combined with needle-shaped electrotome for benign big tracheal stenosis.However,it is more efficient for the combined operation method,it can significantly expand the inner diameter of the trachea stenosis segment,it can improve the lung function of patients,and it is safe and effective.It can be used as animportant method in the treatment for benign big tracheal stenosis,and it is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
