Objective:According to the modern study of kidney yang deficiency,there are cases of hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis and adrenal axis dysfunction.Whether the lung and kidney yang deficiency lung cancer have the same situation,through the observation of lung cancer,lung and kidney yang deficiency patients with thyroid axis,adrenal axis function related indicators,to verify whether lung cancer,lung and kidney yang deficiency patients have hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis,adrenal axis The situation is not fully functional.Methods:Select patients aged 18-80 years old,gender is not limited,Western medicine diagnosis is LC;63 patients with syndrome of lung and kidney yang deficiency and 90 patients with qi and blood stasis syndrome are selected;another age and gender match,no obvious symptoms The healthy group served as a control group.Patients with other lung diseases were excluded;patients who were treated with glucocorticoids within one month were excluded;patients who underwent surgery or radiotherapy and chemotherapy were excluded.Peripheral blood and 24 h urine of all subjects were collected,and blood triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),and promoted were detected.Thyroid hormone(TSH)and other indicators,simultaneous detection of patients with blood aldosterone(ALD)indicators to assess the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis,adrenal axis functional level.The24-hour urine aldosterone(UALD)index was measured by radioimmunoassay,and the HPA axis function level was evaluated.The data were processed and analyzed using SPSS21.0 software.Results1.Comparison of functional related indexes of hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis The T3 level in LC lung-yang deficiency group was significantly lower than that in the qi-stagnation group and the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in T4 level between LC and lung yang deficiency group and qi and blood stasis group and healthy group(P>0.05).The level of FT3 in LC lung-yang deficiency group was significantly lower than that in qi-stagnation group and healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FT4 level between LC lung-yang deficiency group and qi-stagnation group and healthy group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TSH level between LC and lung yang deficiency group and qi and blood stasis group and healthy group(P>0.05).2.Comparison of functional related indexes of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis The level of serum aldosterone in LC lung-yang deficiency group was significantly lower than that in qi-stagnation group and healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of urinary aldosterone in LC lung-yang deficiency group was significantly lower than that in qi-stagnation group and healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Analysis of symptom scores in the lung and kidney yang deficiency group and related indexes of hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis and adrenal axis There was a negative correlation between thyroid function index T3 and LC lung-yang deficiency syndrome scores(r=-0.571,P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between thyroid function index T4 and LC lung-yang deficiency syndrome scores(r=-0.187,P> 0.05),thyroid function index FT3 was negatively correlated with LC lung-yang deficiency syndrome score(r=-0.568,P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between thyroid function index FT4 and LC lung-yang deficiency syndrome score(r=-0.175).,P>0.05),there was no significant correlation between thyroid function index TSH and LC lung-yang deficiency syndrome score(r=-0.017,P>0.05).The functional correlation index of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis was negatively correlated with LC lung-yang deficiency syndrome(r=-0.363,P<0.05),and the function-related index of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis was UALD and LC lung and kidney.Symptoms of yang deficiency were negatively correlated(r=-0.649,P<0.05).4.Analysis of the symptom scores of the LC qi and blood stasis group and the related indexes of the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis and adrenal axis There was no significant correlation between thyroid function index T3 and LC qi stagnation symptom score(r=0.107,P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between thyroid function index T4 and LC qi stagnation symptom score(r=0.014,P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between thyroid function index FT3 and LC qi stagnation syndrome scores(r=-0.117,P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between thyroid function index FT4 and LC qi stagnation symptom scores(r=0.051,P>0.05),there was no significant correlation between thyroid function index TSH and LC qi stagnation symptom score(r=-0.037,P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between ALD and LC qi stagnation symptom scores in the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis(r=0.197,P>0.05),functional correlation index UALD and LC qi of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis.There was no significant correlation between the symptoms of stasis and stagnation(r=0.100,P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The function of hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis and adrenal axis in lung cancerwith lung-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome is low.2.The levels of T3 and FT3 can be used as a reference for judging lung and kidneyyang deficiency syndrome in lung cancer.3.The levels of aldosterone and uroaldosterone in the adrenal axis can be used as areference for the diagnosis of lung and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in lung cancer.
