A Study In Moral States Of The Employees In The State-Owned Enterprises

Professional ethics is the concrete embodiment of ethics in the professional life,have very important sense to enterprise and worker,both the development of the relationship between the individual employees,also related to enterprise to promote the efficiency of the whole.Professional ethics,the change of environment will change with The Times."I was a revolutionary a brick,where need to move",this is our country planned economy era of popular and respected professional spirit,and "wuxi,honest and trustworthy,fair,contributing to society and serve the masses" is practiced in China under the background of market economic system by the state in "the citizen morals construction implement outline"make specific interpretation on the contents of professional ethics.Since the reform and opening,our country continuously to strengthen the construction of professional ethics,social ethics level rise generally,however,there are also many mismatching problems.The existence of these problems,is not conducive to the development of the enterprise is unfavorable to set a good image in the world,our country should give high attention.This article mainly from the current our country state-owned enterprise employees occupational moral status,causes and countermeasures for the problems of analysis and discusses the three aspects.This paper points out that,along with the construction of spiritual civilization and the deepening of the citizen education enterprise,state-owned enterprise employees in daily work mostly presented the good spirit and professional ethics.Of course,there are a few problems in need of improvement,such as objective consciousness is weak,lack of work initiative,serious issues such as waiting to thought,these are the influence and the negative energy,which restrict the development of the enterprises and individuals must reflect,must be improved.Through analysis,this paper argues that there are three main aspects,the reason of problem is worker individual subjective reason,objectively has the enterprise internal factors and social environment factors.In view of the problem,this paper puts forward,should from vocational education,citizen education within the enterprise,motivate,lead,constraints,and society as a whole different aspects such as moral,research and analysis,and thus to find the countermeasures to solve the problem of the current professional ethics.
