different parameters into the nature of sports dance movement to find agoodpartner,butthereare good partners are contradictory.Therefore,tosolvethe contradiction,to seek ways to resolve the contradiction between the partners,to avoid conflict and reduce unnecessary conflicts between the partners,and actively resolve conflicts,so as to reach a harmonious state,dedicated to the study and training,to promote the development of sports dance better.This article uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,expert interview method,logicanalysismethod,mathematical statistics method,the method to solve the contradiction of sports dance in Colleges and universities of Hubei province.The in-depth inquiry.Analysis of the causes of the contradiction between the sports dance partners from sociology,psychology,training and other aspects,to find out some methods to resolve these contradictions.Through the analysis we draw the following conclusions:One,investigation shows,the ordinary university sports professional and non professional students of Hubei province sports dance partner selection is designated as the main composition to theteacher.However,in college sports professional students,high level players is their choice.Two,survey,contradictions of sports dance partners among college students in Hubei Province,there are contradictions in almost every of sports dance partner,reached about 92%.In theconflict between the partners,conflict resolution methods are single,attitude is not positive enough.Three,investigation and analysis,there are many reasons for the conflict between partners,mainly reflected in the partner combinations do not know or do not understand,personality differences,body shape and height of the stringent requirements,technical level is not quite,the frequent exchange of partners,to solve the contradiction between the single method and problem solvingattitude positive.Four,experimental results show that,the combination of sports dance partners,technicallevel,character,interest,valueshavelittledifference,econo mic sources are relatively stable,consistentto the partner,is the effective way to solve these conflicts.Five,thecombinationoflearningandtraining partner in active communicatio n,encourage each other to praise each other,to further improvethe technical level,the mental exercise,can adjust the character in the conflict between partners,to promote mutual learning and training.
