Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Strategies Of Sports Dance Elective Courses In Ordinary Colleges And Universities In Shandong Province Based On SWOT Analysi

Dancesport is a new sports project,is a walking duet dance with men and women.Nationwide,vigorously promote the "national fitness" policy,the implementation of "healthy China",accelerate the "sports power" is the current hottest topic,but also to enhance the national physique,improve the national competitive level of a major measure,and the university is our country’s reserve talent training base,therefore,the physical condition of college students by the whole society attaches great importance to.Under the promotion and support of the national policy,the sports dance course has been increasing in the whole country.The characteristics of the project are in line with the law of the development of students’ body and mind,which has triggered a strong upsurge of the whole people learning sports dance.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of the electives of physical dance in colleges and universities in Shandong province,analyzes the problems of the elective courses of physical dance,and then puts forward optimization strategies to provide some theoretical support for promoting the development of the elective courses of physical dance in colleges and universities in our country.Through literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper investigates the status quo of sports dance elective courses in colleges and universities in Shandong Province,and finally draws a conclusion by using SWOT analysis method.The research results show that:(1)The sports dance program has a high acceptance of individuals,individuals of different ages and genders can learn and exercise;(2)Different from other sports competitions,the unique artistry of sports dance makes people pay more attention to its elegant and beautiful dancing and shocking artistic atmosphere.For learners who take physical fitness and entertainment as the main purpose,they can jump out of beautiful dance without laying the foundation of childhood exercise.(3)The commercial value of dancesport has increased.The youth training class is no longer the market’s unique supply,a large number of adult dance training classes have been established;(4)Colleges and universities should pay more attention to sports dance courses,so as to avoid the dilemma that female college students choose sports elective courses because there is no course to choose.(5)Some colleges and universities have the problem that professional course teachers are rusty,so it is urgent to strengthen the professional level of professional course teachers,so as to avoid the situation of low recognition of students and decreased enthusiasm for learning.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the development countermeasures of sports dance elective course in colleges and universities in Shandong Province as follows:SO strategy: respond to the national policy,conform to the trend of The Times;Increase the popularity and universality of dancesport;Use all resources,seize the opportunity to develop dancesport.WO strategy: strengthen the promotion of dancesport;Strengthen the theoretical inquiry,arrange the teaching content reasonably,improve the teaching method;Improve the teaching system,standardized management system;Strengthening the construction of sports dance teaching staff.ST strategy: enhance their own competitive ability,promote the development of sports dance;Give play to its unique value and popularize the audience;Strengthen the construction of college site equipment.WT strategy: carry out dancesport in various forms,constantly innovate and develop dancesport activities suitable for college students;Increase school-running funds to create a new teaching situation.
