Recently,the pressure problem has been the most important and the most concerned one in the social work problems.It has attracted attention from all sectors of society and the scholars are beginning to pay more attention to the pressure problem.In Coal mining enterprises,the special environment of coal mining workers addicted that they are facing the same pressure.Referring to methods and results at home and abroad,this essay focused on coal mining workers by face to face talking and questionaires.After all this we now see the questionnaire The working experience questionaire of coal mining workers,The questionaire has been tested in DaMing mine and its reliability data is 0.8728(P<0.01,N=50),which shows that it is scientific and reliable.630 coal mining workers have been selected to answer this questionare and by results we can see that the workers have been in real stressing status from "acknowledgement of working environment","feelings in life" and "self value realization".Ages,working ages and job categories are factors that strongly affected the workers,meanwhile education backgrounds and working postions rarely caused pressure to the workers.By this conclusion,we come up with these suggestions considering both the organization and individuals:to do more training to new employees of coal mining enterprises,;to provide psychological assistance for coal mine enterprise retirement workers;to increase the positive publicity of coal mining enterprises;to pay more attetion to personal development space.Coal mining workers can gradually learn to face the psychological pressure and be good at managingt self pressure.
