Research On The Training Status Quo Of Master Of Fine Arts (Music & Dance) Talents Of Guangzhou University

Though more than 10 years of development,the talent training of master of fine art in China has made great progress.Colleges and universities actively cultivate outstanding talents of master of fine art to serve for the society and they make continuous exploration,innovation in the talent training mode and management and have accumulated certain experience in talent training.The local colleges and universities play important roles in talent training of master of fine art.By combining their own characteristics and superior resources,they organically integrate the service concept of the local into their talents training goals of master of fine art,construct the master of fine art course system with local style,explore the corresponding teaching methods and evaluation methods,and form the talent training mode of master of fine art,which are of important theoretical and practical significance.By taking College of Music & Dance of Guangzhou University,a comprehensive university in Guangzhou as an example,the thesis emphatically starts from the full-time master of fine arts(music & dance),expounds its curriculum provision,academic activities and the final performance by centering on the talent training of the required specifications of master of fine art.In addition,through the investigation and analysis,as well as the investigation data,the author knows about its present situation of art talent training.Besides,based on the sociology theory,the author makes in-depth analysis of the current training situation,summarizes its features of art talent training,and explores its beneficial experience in master of fine art talent training and the possibility of applying the experience in the in the practice of master of fine art talent training of other local colleges and universities.
