Since the national fitness to carry out,more and more people begin to pursue the healthy concept of life and to realize the importance of physical exercise,especially in the many elderly people consciously to participate in the exercise.Square dancing is one of the most popular form of exercise,has been widely carried out in all parts of the country,added fresh blood for the national fitness cause in our country.Square dance a lot of more phyletic,the extension of the square is a widely popular in the folk dance fitness dance,is popular among the elderly and love.But specific to square dance fitness effect there is few research at home and abroad,has not formed a complete set of specific fitness theory system.By finding the number of women to participate in the square dance is more than men,so this experiment by older women as the research object,through his own experience and learning as well as some quantitative indicators,to analyze and discuss the extension square dance exercise on middle-aged and old women physical quality and the effect of exercise for older people to participate in the square dance to provide scientific theory and practice basis.In this experiment,60 women aged from 49 to 59 years old in Dezhou city were selected as the research object.Subjects were healthy and had no severe cardiovascular system,nervous system diseases,respiratory system diseases and bone metabolic diseases.Will be randomly divided into 2 groups,the experimental group 30,the control group of 30 people.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The experimental group for 12 weeks from the square dance exercise,the control group did not square dance exercise,maintain the normal patterns of life.The next day after the experiment,the test group and the control group were tested for the physical quality of the body.To observe the effect of 12 weeks from the square dance exercise on physical quality index in elderly women.Results:(1)Experimental group by 12 weeks the extension square dance exercise did not change significantly after the grip,and sitting up there is a very significant increase over and over again(P < 0.01).(2)12 weeks after exercise,the extension square dance group shoulder joint activity has a very significant increase(P < 0.01);And ZuoWeiTi proneness to increase,there is significant difference(P < 0.05).(3)The experimental group after close my eyes on one leg has significantly increased(P < 0.05).(4)By 12 weeks the extension square dance exercise group reactions are very significantly decreased(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of the extension square dance exercise improve the middle-aged and old women's lower limbs strength,and lower limb muscle function in the elderly in the recession and slow speed of the slow have certain effect.(2)By 12 weeks the extension square dance exercise,can effectively enhance the middle-aged and old women shoulder and hip extension,improve the shoulder and hip flexibility,so as to improve its flexibility.(3)12 weeks the extension square dance exercise can effectively improve the balance ability of middle-aged and old women,good condition for the moving balance organ maintain a positive role.(4)By 12 weeks the extension square dance exercise can effectively improve the sensitivity of middle-aged and old women,to improve the function of the nervous system,improve the excitability of nerve system and flexibility.
