A Study On The Urban Community Public Culture Service Supply Of Shandong Province

With China's economic and social transformation and the development of urbanization,the public culture service of urban community has become an important part of the public cultural services construction fora socialist harmonious society and improving the quality of the citizens.At present,there are some deficiencies and shortcomings in the public cultural service construction of Shandong urban communities.For example,supply deficiency,supply and demand conflict and lack of residents' participation.These problems make the urban public culture service can't play a positive role that it should play.This will bring negative influence to China's construction of socialist harmonious society and city residents' value system.To make public cultural services truly serve the citizens,these problems need to be solved.In the process of urbanization,the importance of public cultural service in urban communities is becoming more and more important.The purpose of this paper is to try to analyze these problems and put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement.This paper first introduces the research background of urban community public culture service and analyzes its important position,and then on the basis of the city community public culture service this paper makes a normative analysis,taking Shandong Province as an example to analyze the current situation of the development of urban community public cultural service in China and its main problems and the reasons.Using comparative analysis method and case analysis method,this paper makes a comparison between the two countries in the community public culture service and the city community public culture service experience,and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on urban community public cultural service in china.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part,introduction.This paper expounds the research background,the significance of the topic,the research status and the research ideas,research methods and possible innovations and shortcomings.The second part introduces the theory of public cultural service in urban communities.Including the definition of basic concepts and the basic theory of urban community public cultural service.The third part takes Shandong Province as an example to analyze the present situation of urban community public cultural service.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and the causes of the problems of the public cultural service in Shandong city community.The fifth part uses the method of case analysis and comparative analysis,taking Springfield,MO as an example to introduce the American urban community public culture service experience,and summed up the experience and reference.The sixth part puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the public cultural service of urban community in our country.
