The Studay Of Pingliang City Image Visual Communication Design

In modern society,the city construction and development does not only refer to the fast development of economy,but also include a comfortable living environment for its residents and how much tourists and foreign investment it could attract.Every city needs a sustainable development plan,which can help us advertise the city.If we want to make a full use of this plan,we need to take its local geographical conditions and human culture into account when we were making it.Every city must have its own characteristics,and the city's the visual communication design image combines its geographical environment,cultural customs,and economic construction all together.We need a design that could appeal to the public.In this paper,the writer extracted urban elements of Pingliang from historical development,economy construction and national customs.Then,suitable image design of this city was further polished which aims to lead to a comfortable vision,including the city LOGO,standard characters and color,and the VI design of urban public system.The writer hopes to create an attractive city image through these changes on visual design.It will have a contribution to city construction and economy development later in Pingliang.
