At present,there are many problems in senior high school English vocabulary teaching.Mainly be summarized as follows: in traditional vocabulary teaching method,students often rote learning English vocabulary,which leads to the poor teaching effectiveness.In the current learning process,students just to complete the task,no interest at all.So,in such a developed day of Internet technology,the APP and the popularity of mobile devices,all of these provide a new way of teaching and learning for the school teaching.This paper is based on information technology and curriculum integration theory,informal learning theory and constructionist learning theory.The research questions of this paper include whether the application of APP in high school English vocabulary teaching is feasible,how to design the APP in high school English vocabulary teaching application,how to apply the APP in high school English vocabulary teaching.The author studies the research environment of the subject through the literature method,the investigation method,the observation method and the case method,Additionally,the research on the teaching environment,the research on the information literacy of the teachers and students and the research of designing APP in high school English vocabulary teaching are also investigated.Taking the new English words of the second unit and third unit of PEP teaching material as example,the author implements the teaching practice research.The author analyzes the relevant literature in detail and understands the current situation of the research in this field.The author conducts a questionnaire survey on the students and interviews with parents and teachers to analyze the current situation of the teaching design and the effect after use.Understand the use effect of the APP in the teaching process according to the observation of students' performance.The results show that the current teaching environment and the quality of teachers and students have satisfied the conditions for carrying out this study;Exploiting the APP in the teaching process can effectively improve the students' English achievement;It also improves the students' interest in learning English vocabulary,expands teachers' teaching and students' learning resources,improves the way of teaching in the past.It can also increase the online communication between teachers and students and between students and students.The peers can understand the learning effect of the others,the teachers can also understand the learning effect of the students.Therefore,it will improve the vocabulary and train the read,listen and write skills of the students.The suggestions of this study are summarized as follows: different vocabulary learning stage should be combined with the different modules of the APP;students with different levels of knowledge are suitable for using the different modules.The use effect of the APP after the class is the best during the learning process.Therefore,it should pay more attention to its use after the class,additional,the teachers and parents should play the role of guider and supervisor when the students use the APP one hundred words cut.Due to the author's time and energy constraints,this study still has many shortcomings.In the follow-up study,the author hopes to carry out the auxiliary teaching research of APP to other disciplines.With respect to the APP in the teaching application,the teachers and parents should keep pace with the times and change the traditional thinking,so that the students are capable of improving their achievement through the APP.It worthwhile to emphasize that teachers and parents should provide actively guide and fully supervise during the APP using process.
