Social adaptability is one of the most important needs of the young people to develop,its direct relationship with the future of young people's study,life,and exchanges with others,is also an important indicator of adolescent mental health.In recent years,social adaptability as an important research topic.many researchers are concerned about the study found that adolescents social adaptability and self-efficacy,popularity,parents,income levels and so on.However,there are few mechanisms to explore the influence of psychological elasticity on the social adaptability of adolescents.This study intends to explore the impact of family rearing style on adolescents' social adaptability from the perspective of psychological flexibility.This study was divided into two parts,with 1004 middle school students aged between 11 and 18 years.In the first part,we studied the social adaption scale(SAS-SSS)of middle school students,and investigated the social adaptability of young people in Lanzhou(Risk,psychological energy,interpersonal adaptation)status and gender,age,parental income level,whether the only child,household registration and parental education differences.The study found that:(1)Lanzhou adolescents social adaptability(psychological superiority,psychological energy,interpersonal adaptation)in gender differences were significantly different,boys ability to adapt significantly higher than girls.(11 ~ 14 years old)students' social adaptability(psychological superiority,psychological energy,interpersonal adaptation)were significantly higher than those of the high age group(15 ~ 18 years old).(2)There were also significant differences in age.(3)The study found that urban students 'social adaptability was significantly better than rural students' social adaptability.(4)study found that the only child social adaptability is generally better than non-only child.(5)The study found that the higher the parents' income,the stronger the social adaptability of adolescents.(6)The study also found that parents have university and university education level,the stronger the social adaptability of young people.In the second part,the study of family rearing style(EMBU),psychological elasticity scale(CD-RISC)and middle school student social adaptation scale(SAS-SSS)were used to explore the family rearing style,psychological elasticity(optimism,tenacity Sexuality and strength)and the relationship between adolescent social adaptation(psychological superiority,psychological energy,interpersonal adaptation).The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between adolescent social adaptation and mother's parental rearing style and psychological elasticity.There was a significant positive correlation between adolescent society and father's parental rearing style and psychological elasticity.And the social adaptation of adolescents;psychological elasticity plays a mediating role between father's parental rearing style and adolescent social adaptation.The results of this study provide some theoretical guidance for strengthening the social adaptability of adolescents,and give some suggestions on the social contact time,gender differences,household registration differences,whether the only child,parents income.The study also attempts to guide parents to use positive parenting behavior.In the psychological intervention,research recommendations to improve the social adaptability of young people,from the psychological resilience of young people to start to improve their psychological flexibility,can achieve a good consultation effect.
