Cultural identity clarity refers to the individual to share a clear overall perception characteristics,values,norms,experiences and groups related the history of their own cultural groups,it is a kind of personal subjective experience,can reduce the uncertainty and alleviate the anxiety of death to illustrate his presence.Perspective-taking is refers to the individual from the perspective of others and the situation,imagine or guess the ideas of others psychological process.In the process of daily communication with others,the ability of taking the views of others is also essential,it is an important symbol of the individual's social development,and is closely related to a series of important psychological variables,such as self-esteem,empathy and prosocial behavior etc..Perspective-taking and cultural identity clarity can reflect whether the individual has a good social function and adaptation state.The existing research on self-esteem,subjective well-being and perspective-taking,the relationship between the cultural identity clarity,to explore the perspective taking,the relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being and cultural identity clarity,can make the individual expected behavior and reactions of others,the group of the internalization of norms and values,to reduce populations the conflict and discrimination,so as to promote the interpersonal relationship more smooth and beneficial and good social function.The current study intends to sense the two cognitive evaluation variables from self-esteem,subjective well-being perspective,to explore the effect of perspective taking on cultural identity clarity.A study by Usborne and Taylor(2010)Cultural Identity Clarity Scale compiled based on the results show that the revised definition of cultural identity,Chinese version,CIC total scale internal consistency coefficient is 0.86,the confidence subscale was 0.80,consistency subscale was 0.73,the results show that the Chinese revised version of the CIC scale validity is good.In the second research,college students as the research object.Measures consisted of the Perspective-Taking Scale,Cultural Identity Clarity Scale,and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale.Results indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and perspective-taking ability,clarity of cultural identity of College Students.Meanwhile,there was a significant positive correlation between perspective-taking ability and cultural identity clarity.Most importantly,the present study observed that self-esteem partly mediated the relationship between perspective-taking and cultural identity clarity.In the three research,college students as the research object.Measures consisted of the Perspective-Taking Scale,Cultural Identity Clarity Scale,and Subjective Well-Being Scale.Results indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between subjective well-being and perspective-taking ability,clarity of cultural identity of College Students.Meanwhile,there was a significant positive correlation between perspective-taking ability and cultural identity clarity.Most importantly,the present study observed that subjective well-being partly mediated the relationship between perspective-taking and cultural identity clarity.Based on the results of study three and two,that perspective-taking can influence the cultural identity clarity by the two cognitive evaluation variables of self-esteem,subjective well-being,the results show that the perspective-taking,cultural identity clarity reflects the individual social function can have good interpersonal relationship,promote more smooth and beneficial and social function good sense.
