"Dalian" is a common linguistic form,which using in our oral and writing communication.Traditionally,People hold the view that it is only a verb object phrase,but with the developing of network technique and the acceleration of information exchange,The linguistic form of "Dalian" has a obvious change.For example,it has a more solidified and integral structure;it has more abundant and accelerating meanings;Otherwise,we can plus the adverb of degree ahead it,or object behind it.Above all of these are the novelty of "Dalian ".In summary,we should make a deep and detailed study about such linguistic form which carrying new meanings but looking like an old form.This thesis based on the raw text of BCC,CLL,and other corpus collected in post bars,network videos and papers,and the methods of classification analysis,comparative analysis and data statistics.We use the theory of lexicalization to analysis the "Dalian",and make following conclusion:Firstly,"Dalian" on the Internet had evolved into a verb-object compound verb from verb object phrase.Secondly,"Dalian" has there common meanings,Then,"Dalian" can apply to various sentence patterns,generally used as a predicate or attribute in a sentence.Lastly,"Dalian" has its own unique and irreplaceable pragmatic value:making a relaxed language environment because of its colloquial features,its abundant meanings can meet the needs and attitude of different express.All of these unique expression effect endue "Dalian" irreplaceable status on internet and make it striking in such various network word.These are also reasons why it can be accepted by traditional media and leading media and become a new word in formal writing.The generally line of thinking of this thesis is analysis method of "form-meanings-value" about theory of "two angles".In this thesis we will use theory of metaphor and metonymy to illustrate the linking and developing path between different meanings of "Dalian" and discuss the syntactic and semantic value of "Dalian".Otherwise,we will attempt to explain the internal mechanisms and causes of "Dalian"from the point of view of historical linguistics and lexicalization theory.This thesis can guide understanding and daily use of "Dalian".It also can impel academic area to rediscover such linguistic form,"Dalian",so we can make further study of development and evolution of network words and enrich modern Chinese lexicology.
