| Bai language is the common language of the Bai,which belongs to Tibeto Burmese language family of Sino Tibetan language family.Bai language is traditionally divided into three dialects:Bijiang（North）,Dali（South）and Jianchuan（central）.Jianchuan Bai language is a typical representative of Jianchuan（central）dialect.Reduplication is a grammatical means widely used in Jianchuan Bai language,which is also a major feature of Jianchuan Bai language.There are many overlapping phenomena in Jianchuan Bai language,especially nouns,verbs,adjectives,adverbs,quantifiers and onomatopoeia.Based on the results of previous studies,this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive study of the overlapping forms of Jianchuan Bai language,compares the overlapping forms of Jianchuan Bai language with those of other Sino Tibetan dialects,and sums up the characteristics of the overlapping forms of Jianchuan Bai language.This is not only helpful for us to understand the characteristics of the reduplication in Jianchuan dialect,to make up for the lack of grammatical research in Jianchuan dialect,but also to sort out the overall characteristics of the reduplication in Jianchuan dialect,and to provide"point"materials for the typological research and reduplication research of other related dialects.This paper is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The text consists of five chapters.The introduction introduces the definition of overlapping,the reason of choosing the topic,the phonology,the related research of overlapping phenomenon,as well as the research object,significance,method and corpus source.From the first chapter to the fifth chapter,the overlapping of various words in Jianchuan Bai language is analyzed and described from the four aspects of form,syntactic function,grammatical meaning and pragmatic function.Noun reduplication discusses six forms of"AA,AAB,ABB";verb reduplication discusses six forms of"AA,AABB,ABAB";adjective reduplication discusses six forms of"ABB,BAA,ABA";adverb reduplication discusses four forms of"ABB,AABB,ABAB";quantifier reduplication discusses four forms of"a44AA,a44+quantifier reduplication+??44/a44+quantifier+a44+quantifier"This paper discusses the four forms of onomatopoeia reduplication:AAA,ABAB and AABB.In the conclusion part,the author compares the overlapping forms of Jianchuan Bai language with those of Putonghua,Sino Tibetan,Tibeto Burmese,Zhuang Dong,Miao Yao languages,and summarizes the characteristics of the overlapping forms of Jianchuan Bai language.At the same time,it combs the shortcomings of this paper.The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of research ideas and corpus.This paper not only analyzes the syntactic,pragmatic and semantic contents of the reduplication of Jianchuan Bai language under the guidance of"three plane grammar",but also compares the reduplication of Jianchuan Bai language with that of other Sino Tibetan languages based on the theory of linguistic typology This paper analyzes the commonness and characteristics of Jianchuan Bai language.Corpus innovation,the corpus in this paper is mostly obtained by the author taking advantage of native speakers and combining with the actual field investigation. |
