This is a case report on the use of cognitive behavioral therapy and learning counseling to conduct a study of English for a high school student.Academic sentiment is an important emotional factor that affects students' learning status and academic performance.It is helpful for students to study academic sentiment and add effective learning guidance to students.Under the joint efforts of psychological teachers and students,through a dozen psychological counseling and study and counseling,the students' academic sentiment in English learning has been greatly improved,and English learning ability and level have been improved.The expected counseling goals.The paper is divided into two parts,one is related to the literature review part,the second is a detailed case report.This case study shows that in the school psychological counseling,psychological teachers use professional skills to give students effective learning counseling,while the students can non-intellectual factors to effectively intervene,so as to promote students' learning and physical and mental development.
