Countermeasure Research On The Pu'er Wood Block Industrialization Development

Pu'er "out of print mimeograph tinted wood-cut print ",referred to as "wood block",is Pu'er municipal intangible cultural heritage,in order to better the implementation of' the productive protection ",the development of the industrialization of the wood-cut print is of great significance.Based on it,this paper,from the perspective of public administration,uses the theory of public administration to demonstrate the feasibility of the industrialization of the wood block engraving,and puts forward some countermeasures for its industrialization development.The first chapter narrates the origin,research background and significance,the related research status at home and abroad in the field of inductive analysis,put forward Pu'er r wood block in urgent need of protection and development,and for the Pu'er wood block industrialization provides theory basis for feasibility study.The second chapter elaborates the development history,artistic characteristics and industrialization of Pu'er's engraving.This paper expounds the historical origin of the engraving of Pu'er,the various stages of the 30 years' development and the characteristics of each stage.Then the production techniques,artistic features,cultural and artistic value of the engraving are introduced.The third chapter to the situation of industrialization of Pu'er wood block system is analyzed,and combining with the current Pu'er city government for the development of cultural industry policy support,by using the two benchmark theory of Shinobara demonstrates the feasibility of industrialization of wood.In the fourth chapter,through the analysis of the restriction factors of industrialization,several obstacles to the industrialization of the engraving of pu 'er are analyzed,and the reasons behind these problems are analyzed and studied.Chapter five proposes the policy Suggestions for the production protection and industrialization development of Pu'er.The author thinks that,as long as hold good wood "degree" of industrial development,the use of the government,the PIPP mode of intermediate organization in harmony with the market,to realize the harmonious development of the productive protection and industrialization development,establish a scientific and effective mechanism of talent training,skill inheritance,nationalization and the brand strategy,can realize the Pu'er wood block protection and development of a win-win situation.
