The day when the world film firstly came out in France also stands for the birth of the earliest documentary.Thereafter,The feature films and documentary were respectively considered as two tides of fiction and nonfiction.The documentary keeps its enduring popularity as an art of film by providing an unique audio-visual language and delivering the charm of a true feeling.A naive and rough documentary doctrine cant being satisfied with audience's aesthetic expectation.and is not conducive to popularization and promotion.So it could be easily differentiated contemporary documentary from the previous way they demonstrated.So in the principle of ensuring the authenticity of the documentary,applying the narration of plot tendency into documentary with the experience of story film is the critical point for successful documentary.This article combines the author's graduation work "Gu Zhen Deng Hai"and focuses on documentary's description of plots and its performance skills.
