Analysis And Countermeasures Of Development Trend Of Beijing Sport Dance Club

As the nation's political and cultural center,Beijing boasts excellent sports dance schools such as Beijing Sport University,Beijing Dance Academy,Capital Sports Institute,and a large number of professional dance teachers.With such unique advantages spawned,a large number of sports dance clubs emerged.The development of Beijing Sports Dance Club represents the development direction of advanced sports dance clubs.It is the epitome of the development of sports dance clubs in China and has a strong representation.In order to further understand the development and trends of the Beijing Sports Dance Club in the past five years,this paper randomly selected 16 representative clubs as the survey objects,and conducted questionnaire surveys,interviews,and mathematical statistics for the club operation level and the teacher level.An in-depth survey of trends in all aspects of the student level was conducted.Based on this,the future development trend of the club is inferred,and corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in conjunction with the actual situation.The following are the main conclusions of this study:1.At present,the Beijing Sports Dance Club is in the stage of growth,and it has begun to become standardized.The passion for competitions and examinations has been rising.2.The number of clubs will rise rapidly,the club's individual size will increase,the club will attach importance to management,and the enrollment method will still be based on word of mouth and internet propaganda.3.The number of club teachers has rapidly increased,showing a younger,more professional,and the competition has become more and more intensified,thus weakening the bargaining power of teachers.4.The number of club participants and their participation have been continuously improved,professional students have emerged,and the professional level has been continuously improved.Under the above trends,the main suggestion of this paper is that the regulatory authorities should encourage reasonable differentiation at the club level,conduct appropriate policy guidance,define industry norms,encourage star clubs to establish brand demonstration effects,and regulate the club ecosystem through market mechanisms.
