| Sports dance is a new sports subject,which plays an important role in improving the level of art appreciation and strengthening the sense of dance of college students.The popularity of sports dance and the demand of the market have led many colleges and universities to set up special courses of sports dance one after another.however,sports dance is a new sports project,and its teaching breadth,depth,structure and progress are all very professional.The problems in the strength of sports dance teachers,teaching materials and curriculum arrangement in colleges and universities have gradually emerged,which also restricts the implementation effect and further development of this course.In this paper,literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,Through the investigation of the present situation of physical education dance teaching in colleges and universities in Hunan Province,this paper analyzes the existing problems,puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures,and draws the following conclusions:1.The teachers of physical education dance teaching in Hunan Province has not yet formed a perfect teaching organization system,the teaching organization is not standardized enough,the curriculum "emphasizes technology,neglects theory",and the opening time of theory course is relatively insufficient.The arrangement of teaching content is unreasonable,which shows that the theoretical content is lack of depth and breadth,the technical content is relatively basic and simple,and the practical content is lack of practicability.The construction of teaching materials lags behind the needs of curriculum development,the applicability needs to be improved,and teachers' satisfaction with teaching materials is relatively low.The teaching hardware facilities are not perfect,most schools only have simple indoor and outdoor venues,cameras,multimedia projectors and other teaching aids are not complete.2.The teachers of physical education dance teaching in Hunan Province are relatively scarce,and the gender ratio of male and female teachers is unbalanced,and the proportion of cutting-edge teachers with high academic qualifications and high professional titles is insufficient.The overall sports technical grade is low,a considerable number of teachers are from non-sports dance major,the scientific research ability is poor,and the training opportunities are less.The teaching method is lack of innovation and is mainly based on the conventional teaching method,which can not meet the needs of sports dance teaching.3.The Cognitive Bias of the Students in the Physical and Dance Major,lack of correct understanding of sports dance curriculum,do not understand the value of this course,students' cognitive level of sports dance determines their motivation to learn to a great extent.4.According to the problems existing in the teaching of physical education dance in colleges and universities in Hunan Province,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:(1)Scientific organization teaching to construct a perfect teaching organization system,teaching environment,teaching material system,The teaching content is adjusted and optimized,the teaching environment is improved,the teaching material system is optimized,the teaching content is enriched,the curriculum is improved,the teaching method is innovated,and the evaluation system is improved.(2)Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,vigorously introduce high-quality sports dance talents,improve the professional literacy of sports dance teachers,establish a long-term training and assessment mechanism for sports dance teachers,new and old teachers learn from each other,cooperate with each other,learn from each other,and complement each other.Improve the referee level of sports dance teachers.(3)Correct students' learning attitude,enhance students' learning enthusiasm and enthusiasm to promote the improvement of sports dance teaching quality in Colleges and Universities. |
