Research On Current Situation And Development Trend Of Sports Dance Training Market In Nanchang City

In 2014,the State Council issued a number of opinions on accelerating the development of the sports industry and promoting sports consumption: to give full play to the role of the market in the allocation of resources,cultivate diversified market players,provide high-quality and diversified sports services to the people and stimulate their enthusiasm for participating in sports activities,thereby promoting the rapid development of the sports consumption market.Sports dance training,as part of the sports market,has also been developing rapidly with the support of policy.Since the mid-1980 s,after the introduction of the sports dance program in China,it has been very popular with the public,and the sports dance training market has also been more fully developed.The influx and emergence of training institutions,the rapid changes in the economic and technological environment,the shift in the way the market development emerged a large number of new issues,and the lack of research by previous authors,which provided space for this study.In view of this,this paper uses 38 sports and dance training institutions in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province,as the study subjects;it also conducts a comprehensive and detailed investigation and analysis of the development and business status of the sports and dance training market in Nanchang through documentary methods,questionnaires,interviews and mathematical statistics;it combines the actual development of the sports and dance training market in Nanchang,and analyzes the main factors that hinder the development of the sports and dance training market in Nanchang,and proposes specific recommendations to improve the development of the sports and dance training market in Nanchang.The study led to the following conclusions.(1)Nanchang sports and dance training market has a good policy environment,the material base for rapid development has great potential.(2)There are many management model problems in the operation and management of the Nanchang City sports dance training market.(3)There are qualification problems,distribution problems,scale problems and trainee system problems in Nanchang City's sports dance training market in terms of business conditions.(4)The problem of teacher strength is reflected in the quality and treatment of teachers.(5)The imperfection of the teaching and learning environment in Nanchang's sports and dance training market is reflected in the curriculum and syllabus.(6)The imbalance in the consumption structure of Nanchang's sports and dance training market is reflected in the income level of students,the ratio of male to female students,the uneven age level of the groups participating in dance training,the single training content that students choose to study and the large number of courses.Based on the above conclusions,the following recommendations are made: first,strengthen the development of various advantages;the local government should introduce more detailed supporting policies and make full use of humanistic resources and scientific and technological strength;second,optimize the operation management system of institutions,improve the management ability of managers,vigorously cultivate composite talents and realize management specialization;third,training institutions should pay attention to the legalization and specialization of institutions themselves,regularly inspect and repair the hardware facilities of the teaching environment and handle legal business licenses;fourth,strengthen teacher resource management and improve the strength of institutions' teachers;fifth,reform the teaching methods internally and adopt a diversified and characteristic training direction for the curriculum;sixth,improve the market consumption structure,strengthen the promotion of physical dance,balance the gender ratio of the participating population,enrich the course content and control the number of course participants.
