Sports dance was introduced into China in the 1980 s,from the first "decadent music" to the 70 th anniversary of China's National Day parade as the finale of the performance of the Phalanx,sports dance twice over Tiananmen Square.Behind this historic picture,sports dance has risen to the national stage from the initial rejection,development,to the approval and love of the public.The sports dance representative has the sports characteristic to appear in the large-scale activity performance,this is inseparable with the sports dance in the university's development.However,the joint efforts of teachers and students are the necessary guarantee for the development of sports dance in colleges and universities.Different Curriculum,teacher-student relationship has different forms of needs and requirements.Sports dance,as a combination of sports and arts with great individuality,high technology,high skill and high art,is not only different from traditional teaching in teaching mode and teaching organization behavior,male and female teachers are also usually required to complete the teaching of technical movements.Compared with other single-person courses,the teaching and learning of sports dance has the characteristics of singleness and complexity.Compared with other sports,the teacher-student relationship in sports dance courses is particularly important.Shandong sports university is the only physical education college in Shandong Province.It is the main position of physical dance education and teaching.It is also the most representative and important place for Training Sports Dance Talents,and the teacher-student relationship in the sports dance curriculum plays a vital role in the cultivation of students,as Maria Montessori said,"the positive relationship between teachers and students is the only basis for educational success.".However,the complexity of education and teaching determines that the relationship between teachers and students is different from the ordinary interpersonal relationship,and complicated teaching environment directly affects the harmony of teacher-student relationship and teaching effect.Therefore,this research has carried on the research analysis to the teacher-student question which produces in the sports dance teaching inShandong sports university,this not only has provided a suitable angle of view for the research teacher-student relations development,and to help solve the symbiotic development of the two.This research mainly used the methods of literature,Questionnaire,course observation,interview and so on.According to the development of sports dance course in Shandong sports university,this paper investigates the relationship between teachers and students in sports dance course of Shandong sports university.The result: 1.There are significant differences in intimacy,satisfaction,support and conflict between teachers and students in the course of sports dance in Shandong sports university.2.The attribution analysis of the teachers and students of the Sports Dance Course in Shandong sports universities is the leading factor in teachers' proportion,structure and ideology,The main factors that influence the development of good teacher-student relationship are students' sex ratio,special interests,professional ability and teaching environment,society and family.3.This paper analyzes the essential causes of the problems,optimizes the countermeasures,and reasonably mediates the relationship between teachers and students,so as to lay a foundation for the implementation of sports dance teaching objectives and the training of sports dance talents in Shandong sports university.
