Analysis Of The Artistic Features And Singing In Puccini's Opera "La Boh(?)me" With The Example Of "Si,Mi Chiamano Mimi"

"Si,mi chiamano Mimi",created by Giacomo Puccini(1858-1924),a famous Italian opera composer who has been renowned for his verismo style works,is one of the famous arias in "La Boheme".As one of the best realistic opera composer in late 19th century and early 20th century,Giacomo Puccini'S works contains high artistic accomplishments.His representative operas are "La Boheme","Tosca","Madame butterfly","Turandot" and etc.Puccini's opera works are popular among vocal music learners and often accounted for in singer's research.The first chapter of this paper introduces the life of Puccini and the background of his works.It expounds the importance of the opera "La Boheme" in the process of writing his opera.Among them,"Si,mi chiamano Mimi" has fully reflected the creative style of his verismo opera.The second chapter mainly analyzes the artistic features of "Si,mi chiamano Mimi" in the opera "La Boheme" from the features of melody,arias and music characters respectively.The third chapter analyzes respiration and rhythm,emotions,facial expressions and body languages,singing features of the recreation in the process of singing in "La Boheme".Through discussions of the three chapters in "La Boheme",this paper aims to take "Si,mi chiamano Mimi" as an example to analyze the art features and the singer's style of Puccini's works,through which,we hope to help the readers to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of "Si,mi chiamano Mimi" in Puccini's opera "La Boheme".By analyzing the artistic characteristics of "Si,mi chiamano Mimi",the author studies the melody,the arias style and the musicians in it.At the same time,combining my singing in graduation concert with the learning experience,this paper tries to analyze respiration and rhythm,emotions,facial expressions and body languages,singing features of the recreation in the process of singing and hopes the masses of vocal music learner and the singer can further concern comprehension and explanation of meaning Puccini.At the same time,the author's own singing skills and master of Puccini's opera style of singing have greatly improved.
