The civil service system of the Jin Dynasty is an important part of the official system of the Jin Dynasty. The problems still need to be discussed in this field are the relationship between the official and the magistrate official, the evolution of the official setting, the evolution of the way of entry, the service and transfer of civil officials, the promotion of civil officials, the political role and the characteristics.Based on the study of senior scholars, this paper further combs the historical data of civil servants in Jin Dynasty, and makes a more specific and detailed discussion on these issues. The first chapter mainly points out that the civil officers of the Jin Dynasty are divided into two categories:the prose official and the official official. The scattered officials symbolize the personal identity of the officials, and are not responsible for the specific functions, nor are they the standard to enter the official career.Official officer refers to a government official who holds certain duties in the state organs, and is responsible for specific affairs. The transformation of the official system after the founding of the Jin Dynasty was summarized. The official system of the Jin Dynasty experienced the transformation from the central government to the Chinese bureaucracy. In this process, the reform of the official system of the first year of heaven and the year of the Yuan Dynasty was the most representative.Secondly,it discusses in detail the establishment of central institutions and central civil servants in the Jin Dynasty,as well as the establishment of local administrative divisions and local civil servants in the Jin Dynasty. The main content of the second chapter is the way of the official official's entry in the Jin Dynasty. The imperial examination system of the Jin Dynasty is the focus of this chapter, including the origin, development and decline of the Han people's imperial examination and the imperial examination in the Jin Dynasty. The imperial examination of the Han people in the Jin Dynasty began in the first year of the Tai Zong day meeting. After several emperors' perfection, the age of the chapter of the emperor reached the peak and disappeared with the death of the Jin Dynasty.Death.This article holds that the "north and South election" in the Han imperial examinations had undergone changes in geographical regions before and after the Jae Hee clan. The Jinzhen section of Nu Zhen began in the thirteen years of Da Ding, the same fate as the imperial examinations in Han Dynasty, and declined in the last dynasty of emperor Jin.In addition to the Han imperial examination and the nun Zhen Jinshi Section, there are still some ways to enter the civil service in the Jin Dynasty. The third chapter focuses on the implementation and transfer of civil servants in the Jin Dynasty, mainly discussing the system of official appointment and transfer.Because of the special nature of the Jin Dynasty, this chapter is divided into two parts of the Han and the women, and the example demonstrates that although the order of the first person is not high,it is better than the Han people. At the same time,in conjunction with the transfer system, the examination system in Jin Dynasty was somewhat involved. It will be six years after the election. After the election of the civil servants, the local commander-in-chief would become institutionalized before being changed. In the Jin Dynasty, there was a phenomenon of "heavy north and light south".The nun Zhen Jinshi is more dominant than the Han people in the process of moving, and the average age of the prime minister is much less than that of the Han Jinshi. In the Jin Dynasty, officials with history could be examined in the ten years of the meeting. With the development of Jin Dynasty's official system,Jin Shizong's examination system tended to be complete. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the functions and powers of the civil servants in the Jin Dynasty. It mainly includes the etiquette system, remonding the monarch, recommending sages, assisting new kings, engaging in foreign affairs, and participating in military affairs. These powers are not within the scope of the "Jin Shi Bai Guan Zhi",but through the biographies of the emperors' books and characters and characters, they can analyze the responsibilities and powers that the civil servants must undertake. The fifth chapter deals with the political role of the civil servants in the Jin Dynasty.Taking the Shing Chao Dynasty as the watershed of the civil service system in the Jin Dynasty, before that, the political role of the civil servants was mainly to receive Liao and Song Jiuchen and ease the national contradictions. After the Shichang Dynasty, the degree of Sinicization of the Jin Dynasty deepened, and the reuse of civil servants, especially the Han officials, became an important means for the emperor to strengthen centralization. The contradictions within the ruling group gradually evolved from the contradictions between the central and local governments to the dispute between the imperial power and the right to power. The civil service system played an important role in controlling imperial power. The progressive realization of Sinicization was an important clue to the development of the Jin Dynasty. The ruler of the Jin Dynasty continued to learn the Confucian culture, and the degree of Sinization and feudalism continued to improve. In the Jin Shizong era,the civil service system reached its climax with perfection. The sixth chapter summarizes the multi-ethnic characteristics of the civil service system in Jin Dynasty. The emergence of the civil service system in Jin Dynasty adapted to the multi-ethnic regime in Jin Dynasty.Jin Dynasty was a political power dominated by the Nu nationality and participated by many ethnic groups."Taking NV as the foundation" is a consistent national policy of the rulers of the Jin Dynasty-Other ethnic groups have been in a negative and vulnerable position for a long time. However, with the increasing intensification of contradictions within the clan, the loss of power and the gradual attachment of the Han people, the position of the Hans and the Han people in the political position of the Khitan and the Han people is rising gradually, especially the influence of the Han people through the civil service system in the politics of the Jin Dynasty. The seventh chapter is the conclusion. The development of the civil service system in the Jin Dynasty was a process that accompanied the transformation of the Jin Dynasty from the primitive tribal system to the centralism of the autocracy. In this process, the imperial examination system of the Han people and the female real scholar Department realized the process from scratch, from simple to complex. The civil service system has been gradually established and perfected in the structure, entry, service, transfer, examination and other aspects of the civil service system. It gradually perfected and perfected the main functions and political functions of selecting talents, alleviating social ethnic contradictions and controlling the imperial power, which provided a solid foundation for the rule of the Jin Dynasty.
