Study On Word-formation Of Disyllabic Words In Yuanshi Dialect

Yuanshi dialect belongs to the Zhanghu part of Jin Chinese,which locates in the transitional zone of Jin Chinese and Jilu Mandarin.This material source of this study comes from the vocabulary in the book called Yuanshi Dialectal Record.At the same time,we refer to other Dialectal Records and dictionaries.Compared to the Modern Chinese Dictionary(the Seventh Edition),this paper selects polysyllabic words not used in the modern Chinese Mandarin of Yuanshi Dialect.The research mainly cover three aspects:the word formation of addition,voice and syntax.Including introduction and conclusion,there are five divisions in this paper.The introduction is divided into four parts,which briefly introduce the general situation of Yuanshi county,the inside differences of Yuanshi dialect,the Phonetic System of Yuanshi dialect,the current research status,research object and significance.The body of this paper is divided into three parts.The first chapter is about the word formation of addition.The affixes of Yuanshi dialect can be classified into two categories:affixes which also used in the modern Chinese Mandarin and special prefixes of Jin dialect.The second chapter is the word formation of voice.There are three parts in this chapter:inlay "1" Words,simple Words with the“Ge”prefix and onomatopoeia.The third chapter is the word formation of syntax.Refer to the classification standard of modern Chinese lexicology,this chapter is also classified into six categories:coordinative disyllabic compound,verb-object disyllabic compound,subject-predicate disyllabic compound,modifying disyllabic compound,supplementary disyllabic compound and eclipsed disyllabic compound.And then according to part of speech,this paper classifies every categories into different part.At last,compared with the modern Chinese Mandarin,this chapter conclude the regularity of the syntactic formation of the polysyllabic words in Yuanshi dialect.In addition,in the process of this research,synchronic description and diachronic comparison have been applied in this paper.After the structural analysis,this paper also study the usage of some words in ancient books and records,in this part,this paper refer to Chinese Classic Ancient Books Database.
