The founding of New China has enabled the foreign exchange cultural activities to develop in an organized way.At the same time,the establishment of the Confucius Institute enabled the Chinese cultural communication activities enter to the path of globalization and branding way.Since the establishment of the first Confucius Institute in South Korea in 2004,the Confucius Institute has grown rapidly.In July 2005,the first World Chinese Culture Conference was held in Beijing.At this very important conference,the promotion of Chinese language was formally established and recognized as a long-term strategic task and implemented.It marked that the Chinese culture's external communication was officially became an important national project and began to rise to a new height of development.Since the establishment of the Confucius Institute at the National University in Laos in 2010.After nearly eight years of persistent development,the Lao Confucius Institute project has achieved a lot from nothing.It begins from the hard work initially and now days it is Blossomed everywhere all around Laos.This article was based on the "5W" theory and conducted by a certain investigation about the Confucius Institute's communication activities in Laos.This certain Investigations were conducted on five aspects,contains communicators,content,media,audiences,and the communication effects.Through the investigation and evidence collection of the dissemination activities in Laos' s.This article tries to analyze the certain communication activities of Confucius Institute in Laos.From those five aspects,the article briefly introduced the Confucius Institute communication activities in Laos and Through the analysis of investigation data,it is found that Confucius Institute's cultural communication activities in Laos have shown some corresponding problems.Through the analysis and discussion of the causes of these major problems,we could found it's concrete solutions.Based on the writing ideas above,this article first shows it's investigation data about Confucius Institute cultural communication activities in Laos from five aspects.At the same time,explained the typical problems that the Confucius Institute has encountered in the cultural communication activities in Laos.Then tries to analyze its causes from both internal and external aspects.Lastly,by learns from his working experience and the certain investigation.This article tries to provide targeted advice on those typical problems that occurred in the cultural communication activities.At the same time,this article point out that the Laos National University Confucius Institute and ordinary volunteer project constituted the Confucius Institute cultural communication activity together and shared the same responsibility for the cultural communication of Confucius Institute in Laos.In view of the special country characteristics of Laos,the article points out that Confucius Institutes should provide targeted assistance for ordinary volunteer projects in the teaching materials.On personnel dispatch,the distribution of the National University Confucius Institute should Be used and conduct necessary pre-post and post training.On the aspect of the communication status the National University Confucius Institute and the Confucius Institutes Ordinary Volunteer Projects should be treated equally and pay attention to the Confucius Institutes Ordinary Volunteer Projects and help them follow-up.In the provision of supplies,should achieve fair deployment.On the organizational structure,should trust the development achievements of the National Confucius Institute,establish the linkage between the National Confucius Institute and ordinary volunteer projects.Then form an organic whole for the Confucius Institute's communication activities in Laos.
