Qin Bamboo Slips Collected by Yuelu Academy is a bond of bamboo slips of Qin dynasty, which was brought from Hongkong by Hunan University. The main contents are divided into seven categories:<Zhi ri>(??),<Wei li zhi guan ji qian shou>(???????),<Zhan meng shu>(???),<Shu shu>(??),<Wei yu deng zhuang si zhong>(??????),<Qin lv za chao>(????),<Qin ling za chao>(????).The reorganization of this bond of bamboo can reflect the ancient Chinese landscape to a certain extent, especially the linguistic features of the Qin dynasty. At present, the research on Qin Bamboo Slips Collected by Yuelu Academy mainly focus on text interpretation, punctuation and so on,but it is few to study the whole vocabulary features. This research takes Qin Bamboo Slips Collected by Yuelu Academy Vol.1-4 as the main object, among them, the third volume with complete material is the main research scope. It is supposed to reflect the relationship between graphic form and sound and meaning to a certain degree. The thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, introduces the definition of the relationship between graphic form and sound and meaning and the unearthed condition and contents of Qin bamboo slips Collected by Yuelu Academy;reviews the current research status of the relationship between form and sound and meaning;at the meanwhile explains the research significance and research methods of this paper. The second part is the four categories of phenomenon of "the relationship between form and sound and meaning",here are the four cases:1."Simple correspondence relationship between form and sound and meaning”,there are two parts: “one graphic form to one sound and meaning”,“one sound and meaning to one graphic form”.The phenomenon of a“one graphic form to one sound and meaning” is relatively simple, there are more situations in “one sound and meaning to one graphic form”: “corresponding to the words of the form”,“corresponding to loangraphs " " corresponding to popular form " and " corresponding to allographs”.Therfore, there is still a complex system between form and sound and meaning in the simple correspondence relationship;2.“One graphic form to several sound and meaning”,this kind of phenomenon is relatively complex,it is divided into four kinds of situations: “owing to loangraphs ”,“owing to word differentiation”,“owing to homographs and graphic confusions”,“owing to mulriple reasons”.Among them,“owing to loangraphs”is the most common phenomenon.3.“One sound and meaning to several graphic form”,there are three kind of situations:“owing to loangraphs”,“owing to allgraphs”,“owing to graphic confusions”.“owing to loangraphs” make up the majority.4.“The cross correspondence between graphic form and sound and meaning”,this phenomenon can be divided into four kinds of situations: “owing to loangraphs ”,“owing to word differentiation”,“owing to mulriple reasons”,“owing to vicissitude of characters”.Although it includs fewer types, the relationship is the most complex. The third part demonstrates several relationships between form and sound and meaning, discussing from three aspects of form and meaning: the correct font "Chuang(?)" and "La(?)".based the shape and meaning and material specific context,we conclude "La(?)" should be said for the meaning of night {Xi}(?).At the same time,we compared grammar differences of "Yu"(?)and "Yu"(?),found that the two characters was at the mixing stage, the grammatical function is similar but the form is not fixed.Although there were differences between form, sound and meaning was same, the performance of the multi font corresponds to a sound. The last part is the conclusion.
