Cao Wenxuan plays an unique and important role in Chinese contemporary Bildungsroman writers.Before he introduced the concept of Bildungsroman from the west countries,he wrote articles for teenagers.Now,his "Bildungsroman" has also become a fine quality of children’s literature in contemporary novels.The reasons why Cao choose Bildungsroman are related to the double identities of him and his respect to children and the view of children’s education.Cao Wenxuan is an unique writer of contemporary Chinese children’s literature.He is one of the few writers in China,who does good both in the fields of academic research and literary writing.In 2016,Cao Wenxuan won the laureate of "international Andersen" award,which was the affirmation of writers’ writing and the affirmation of Contemporary Chinese writers of children’s Literature for the first time.It is of great significance to study Cao’s writing.This paper takes Cao’s Bildungsroman as the research object,and discusses the dual narrative characteristics of his Bildungsroman by means of careful reading and comparative analysis.Besides,this paper discusses from four perspectives: dual narrative perspective,double narrative theme,double narrative style and the integration of dual narrative.Firstly,this paper will point out the innovation point,frame structure and the research value of the thesis by combing the research results of predecessors.After that,there is going to discuss the formation mechanism of Cao’s double narrative;and two aspects,the relationship between as a writer and a scholar and unique view of children’s education.The third part of the thesis will introduce the double narration in his writing from double narrative’s perspectives,themes and styles.Additionally,this thesis will discuss the integration of his double narration,and analyze the embodiment of the integration of perspectives and themes in his novels;this paper will highlight the role of integration that can point out the "poetic anxiety" in his novels.What’s more,the conclusion will summarize the whole text and summarize the influence of dual narrativecharacteristics in Cao’s Bildungsroman on writer’s creation.Bildungsroman adopts the double narrative feature is a swing of the writer writing innovation exploration stage,but also explicit inner anxiety,the author is more on the formation of a writer’s creation.
