Since modern times in China, national politics has influenced fishing village life by fishermen's organizations. As far as the influence of state politics on fishermen's organizations is concerned, since the 1950s,the influence of state on fishermen has first been directly identified and organized by village political agents, which is also in line with the political environment of the whole society at that time. However, after the 1980s,the country turned to economic construction as the center,at this time, the country has seldom used political means to directly affect fishermen, but more used an economic policy to indirectly influence fishermen. As a result, the main body of the fishermen's organization is transformed into a boat owner with economic strength in his hand. That is to say, although the state presence at this time is not like directly identifying and organizing fishermen by the captain in the collective period,it can once again achieve the purpose of organizing and reorganizing fishermen by the boat owner. As a result,we found that whether the state politics goes down to civil society and acts on fishermen in a more direct or indirect way,it must first have a connection with the main body of fishermen's organizations and mutual benefit, which can be based on politics, such as captain. It can also be based on economy, such as the boatman. Then the main body of the organization will exert a more direct influence on the fishermen. In other words,as a high-ranking country,it is by the main body of fishermen's organizations that we present our existence and influence in fishing villages. As a result, the interaction between national politics and fishing village society naturally shows its connection and response with the fishing village political elite or the fishing boat economic main body.At the same time, the study of fishermen's organizations may also help us to understand the operation logic of the country in fishing villages and fishermen's wisdom in coping with the country's downward trend. This article consists of five parts:introduction, three chapters of the main body and conclusion.Introduction mainly introduces the origin of the topic and the significance of case studies, folklore studies on fishing villages tend to lay emphasis on cultural and clan levels, while other disciplines study fishermen's organizations in a large and general way.therefore,it may be a relatively good way to study fishermen's organizations from the perspective of national politics.Chapter one,the daily life of villages. In this chapter, the author through to constitute the village natural environment of the village life scene,Historical changes, descriptions of people's clothing, food, shelter, marriage and funeral, etc.try to outline the basic life appearance of the village and at the same time deepen the understanding of the village context generated by a fishermen's organization way.Chapter two, fishermen's organizations. This chapter specifically describes three kinds of organizations of fishermen in different historical periods:village cadres, boat owners and intermediary organizations.Village cadres,as agents of national politics in villages, from the founding of the people's Republic of China to the mid-1980s,their influence on fishermen's organizations was mainly manifested in the identification of new fishermen's qualifications, the examination of inherent fishermen's political qualifications and personnel scheduling. They not only have the right to recognize fishermen's qualifications, but also have the right to deprive them of their qualifications. In the 1980s,the boatman reorganized the fishermen on the boat by adopting the joint-stock system and employment system.we can see that the fishermen on the boat and the boatman have different intimate relations with each other in different organizational ways.In this period,as the organizers of fishing boats paid more attention to economic benefits,it had a great impact on the number, responsibilities, benefits and welfare of the fishermen organized. To organize fishermen in the form of formal intermediary organizations,it aims to solve the problem that the existing number of fishermen is not enough to meet the needs of fishing boats in the face of the increase in the number of fishing boats. So the intermediary began to organize remote farmers to board the boat and provide them with corresponding services and guarantees. The third chapter is about the transformation of fishermen's organizations from the state's presence.Through the reform of political instructions and economic policies, and by its political agents and economic influencers in fishing villages, the state has exerted substantial influence on individual fishermen in terms of identification, crew reorganization and income treatment.Conclusion.As a far-fetched country, its path of acting on individual fishermen is realized by the main body of fishermen's organizations.compared with individual fishermen, there is a closer connection and interest exchange between them.
