For thousands of years,the silk road spirit of "peace,cooperation,openness,inclusiveness,mutual learning and mutual benefit" has been passed down from one generation to another,which has pushed forward the progress of human civilization.In the 21 st century,despite the fact that the development of the times tends to peace and stability,and the promotion of mutual benefit and win-win progress among countries,the development problems faced by all countries are still severe,the global economic situation is undergoing drastic changes,and many regions and ethnic groups are still turbulent,it is more important and precious to inherit and carry forward the spirit of the silk road.The "One Belt and One Road" initiative is in line with the era characteristics and trends of economic globalization,cultural pluralism,and information sharing.It is in line with the fundamental interest of the international community and is a new attempt and breakthrough in exploring international cooperation and sharing the development results of the times.The the Belt and Road Initiative is not only a major decision to promote the opening of our economy to the outside world in the new historical period,but also to deepen the cooperation with the countries along the silk road.It is also a strong measure to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and promote the building of a socialist cultural power.At this stage,China's cultural industry has achieved phased results,and new breakthroughs and boosts are needed in the new historical period.Conducting research on going global of Chinese cultural enterprises in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative can further expand the influence of China's excellent culture and provide guidance for Chinese cultural enterprises to seek business opportunities around the world.Based on the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper analyzes the current situation of the research at home and abroad,analyzes the connotation of the Belt and Road Initiative and the profound significance of the world economic and cultural development.At the same time,aiming at the current situation of China's cultural industry and the problems existing in the process of foreign trade of cultural enterprises,the development of cultural enterprises and the construction of the Belt and Road have been sought.In the process of research,This paper combines opportunities and status quo of "going global" of Chinese cultural enterprises under the background of "One Belt AndOne Road",analyzes and thinks through multiple perspectives,and puts forward the strategy of going global of Chinese cultural enterprises in the context of the Belt and Road in the following three aspects.First,promoting cultural enterprises to "go out" by promoting the internationalization of cultural brands.Second,promoting cultural enterprise to "go out" by focusing on the in-depth integration of culture and technology,and promoting science and technological achievements' transformation and application in cultural field.Third,by perfecting the investment and financing system to encourage cultural enterprises to "go out",using various ways of investing in the foreign operations of cultural enterprises,and improving the supporting service system for investment and financing of cultural enterprises constantly.
