"The belt and road" initiative is the support to promote China's foreign trade,absorptive capacity surplus and new economic growth and an important part to adapt to China's new era of planning.With the continuous development of economic globalization,the trend of international trade is becoming more and more obvious,transnational business has also been greatly developed.Relying on the " the belt and road" initiative,many Chinese enterprises pay more attention to international business,especially in Africa.However,in the diversified environment,due to cultural differences,there are many problems,therefore,how to achieve cross-cultural management is very important.In order to test which variables are related to culture in the process of cross-cultural management,this paper uses Burke-Litvin's model to test organizational climate,management practice,employee satisfaction and employee performance,combined with Hofstede's cultural dimension Theory to analyze the relationship between these variables and five cultural dimensions.This paper focuses on the relationship between the four organizational variables,the cultural dimension and the African culture,as the use of the Burke-Litvin model in the cross-cultural management of Africa is less tested.Through empirical analysis,we find that in Africa,the distance of rights can ease the relationship between management practice and organizational climate.In areas where rights are relatively small,the relationship between management practice and organizational climate is stronger;individualism can ease management practices and the relationship between organizational climate,organizational climate and employee performance,organizational climate and employee satisfaction.In areas where collectivism is highly concentrated,the relationship between the four variables examined in this study is more intense;and men will weaken management practices and organizational climate,organizational climate and employee satisfaction;in addition,uncertainty avoidance can ease the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance.To sum up,inthe last chapter,there are a series of suggestions,we should pay attention to the cultural factors of Chinese enterprises in the local business,and take cultural integration,cultural evasion,cultural infiltration and innovation and localization strategy to reduce cultural differences to the question.
