Research On The Preface And Postscript Of Late-Ming Seal Book

The late Ming Dynasty and yinpu has important significance to the rese arch of scholars in the late Ming Dynasty in the period of yinpu carving cr eation and spread,which records the information of the interaction between t he literati and the seal carving.In this thesis,the information recorded in thi s paper is viewed from the perspective of literati life,which reflects the art of seal carving in the life of literati.Mainly from four aspects of the discuss ion.Firstly,through the preface and postscript inscribed background and the a uthor to explore,it is revealed that the preface and postscript inscription is i nfluenced by the mentality of literati and the confluence of scholars and me rchants.Secondly,it is found that the seal carving and repertoire printing in p reface and postscript is an important way for the late Ming literati to “Sue Zhi”,while preface and postscript has potential “advertising effect”.Thirdly,co mbined with the social life of the literati in the late Ming Dynasty,he found that the creative mentality of “preface and postscript” and “fine thinking” i n the same period was influenced by the literati's “leisure” and “exquisite” mentality.At the same time,the “fine thinking” mentality is also the cause of the formation of late Ming Seal-cutting modeled;forth,the preface and pref ace and postscript of late Ming seal book has its own historical value and i ts limitations,preface and postscript provides an important basis for textual r esearch.In addition,preface and postscript also recorded the ancient printing s ource of the seal book,and the deletion of the seal.
