The small regular script in Ming Dynasty enter the new peak of development,many celebrity appear,one of the main reasons is that people in Ming Dynasty learning to ZhongYou calligraphy,opened a new trend of minuscule.In this paper,the Ming Dynasty with ZhongYou calligraphy style deeply studied,and It is mainly discussed in four aspects.First,based on the analysis of view that the calligraphers take on song and Yuan dynasties calligraphers ZhongYou calligraphy,study out that the calligraphers in Song and Yuan Dynasty advocate ZhongYou calligraphy "seal his image" and "natural interest",which laid the foundation for the development of the Ming Dynasty ZhongYou calligraphy style.Second,compared to the Ming Dynasty ZhongYou calligraphy,it point out the difference between ZhongYou calligraphy,lead to the phenomenon that the person in the Ming dynasty was suspicious and impressed by the evaluation of ZhongYou calligraphy,and then formed different aesthetic orientation of ‘quaint rausterity' and ‘attitude brimming'.Third,analysis the reasons that the Ming Dynasty ZhongYou calligraphy style can be widely spread,on the hand,under the stimulus of political factors,the orthodox status of the Ming Dynasty ZhongYou calligraphy catch the attention of calligraphers;on the other hand,Among the literati's elegant collection and Identification collection activities,the ZhongYou calligraphy influenced many calligraphers,especially in Jiangsu,Zhejiang region,which makes the formation and dissemination of ZhongYou calligraphy style to be geographical and with group characteristics.Fourth,taking Zhu Yunming,WangChong and Huang Daozhou as the main research object,and analyze their inheritance and innovation of ZhongYou calligraphy from different angles in their creation of The small regular script,which formed a unique appearance of minuscule in Ming Dynasty.
