Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,the business environment of enterprises is becoming more and more changeable.The interpersonal environment of the staff is more complex as well.If leaders want to manage the whole organization correctly and reasonably,they should gather the intelligence and the purpose of the staff.Voice behavior is a positive response to the existing problems,but abusive supervision as a negative leadership behavior will have a negative effect on employee's psychological level and behavioral level,and will also have an adverse effect on the third party who sees the abusive supervision.Previous scholars rarely consider the abusive supervision on the third party position,and relevant study areas lack empirical researches.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the influence of abusive supervision perception on voice behavior,and deeply analyze conscientiousness and professional moral courage in this relation.628 employees(302 men and 326 women)in Henan Province were selected,we use abusive supervision scale(ASBSS),professional moral courage scale(PMCS),big five personality scale(NEO-PI)and voice behavior scale(VBS)to measure third parties' perception of abusive supervision,moral courage,conscientiousness and voice behavior respectively.The main conclusions obtained in this study are as follows:First,the third parties' perception of abusive supervision has a negative prediction function to voice behavior.Second,the conscientiousness has a moderating effect between the third parties' perception of abusive supervision and voice behavior.Third,the conscientiousness has a moderating effect between the third parties' perception of abusive supervision and professional moral courage.Forth,the professional moral courage is a mediator between the third parties' perception of abusive supervision and voice behavior.Fifth,the third parties' perception of abusive supervision,conscientiousness,professional moral courage and voice behavior constitute a mediated moderation model.
