Research On The Changes Of Kitchen Folk Customs Of Mazhuang Village In Wugang City Of Henan Province

This article uses the method of field investigation and conducts a fixed-point study on the case of Mazhuang Village in Wugang City,Henan Province.Combining theories and methods of folklore and anthropology,with reference to relevant literature and materials,a holistic study of kitchen folklore in daily life is conducted.Through the exploration of stovemaking skills,fuel use,family relationships between men and women,worship psychology and changing factors and characteristics,explain the inheritance mechanism and changes of the kitchen folklore,behind the changing technologies and lifestyles,what remains unchanged is the folk customs that people live on.With a view to presenting a large number of cases in the study of folklore in the kitchen,it also provides some theoretical references and references for the collection and practice of folklore studies.The innovation of this article is to pay attention to the closest things to the daily life of the people from the bottom level perspective,study the changes and changes in the folk life,and explore the social significance in the physical space.This paper is divided into three major modules: introduction,subject,and conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the background of the topic selection,including the reason and significance of the topic selection,research review,research theme and framework,etc.On the basis of combing the relevant literature,combine the theme of this article to find a suitable research method.There are five chapters in the main part: The first chapter introduces the history and culture of Mazhuang Village.The history,natural geography,and humanities culture of the selected locations are described in as much detail as possible in order to concretize the natural and social aspects of the site;The second chapter gives a detailed introduction to the techniques of cooking stoves,the use of fuels,the main body of use,and the faith of stove gods before the reform and opening up,and forms a comparison with modern kitchens on the basis of true records;The third chapter introduces the techniques of cooking stoves,the use of fuel,the main body of use,and the faith of stove gods after the reform and opening up,and shows the shape of modern kitchens;The fourth chapter,through the summary of the previous data,analyzes the gender culture in the kitchen,points out how the women confirm and shape theidentity in this space,and the influence of the attention of men on the kitchen space change.The fifth chapter further uses the scientific theory to analyze the causes of the folk culture changes in Mazhuang village stoves.The deepening of reform and opening up,the transformation of family concepts,and the development of urbanization are the three main factors affecting the changes in Mazhuang village“foci” factor.Based on the research of the main body,the conclusion summarizes the “changes and invariances” in folk life.It is clear that the impact of technology on folk life is the most direct and effective,while the changing technology and folk life is behind the constant life customs.
