The Study On Context Exegesis Research Of Mao Shi Zheng Yi

Mao Shi Zheng Yi(??????)was compiled by Kong Yingda and other scholars in the early years of the Tang Dynasty.It based on the comments to Shi Jing(????)of Mao Heng and Zheng Xuan,and contains rich linguistic thoughts and materials of exegesis.In this book,Kong Yingda clearly put forward the concept of context annotation,which has great value for research.This paper from two aspects,linguistic context and nonlinguistic context,excavates and analyzes the contextual materials contained in the Guo Feng(????),to discuss the exposition and application of linguistic context and nonlinguistic context in Mao Shi Zheng Yi.This paper discusses linguistic context from five parts:the phonetic context,the lexical context,the grammatical context,the rhetorical context and the text context,as well as the nonlinguistic context from four parts:the background of the times,the factors of etiquette,the style of territory,and national psychology.Through the excavation and analysis of the materials,we find that,in the process of explaining the text of Shi Jing,Mao Zhuan(??)and Zheng Jian(??),Kong Yingda explained a lot of concepts about context,such as the interpretation and relationship analysis of words,sentences and chapters,and the application of"Wen Shi"(??)and"Yi Shi"(??).It reveals various contexts and searches for a large number of document literature before the Tang Dynasty,interprets the meaning of words,and makes clear the contents of the biography and paper,which provides a great convenience for readers'reading and understanding.At the same time,Kong Yingda used contextual thinking to explore many linguistic problems,such as the classification of parts of speech,the difference between word meaning and literary meaning.These are valuable materials for studying ancient Chinese linguistics.The interpretation and application of the context is also defective in Mao Shi Zheng Yi.It only consciously applies the context to solve the problems in the exegesis.It is not a special study of the context theory.Therefore,the understanding of the context theory is not systematic,and the division of some parts of the word also has some fault.But it does not affect Kong Yingda's important position in the history of ancient Chinese linguistics.
